We are in a war to preserve our country. The left has been fighting to destroy our country since the 1960s. There have been periods of detante and periods of open hostility but today it is the hottest it has been since the beginning. We need to keep that in mind at all times. War is not won through weakness or capitulation or buying off the enemy. It is only won through defeating and destroying the enemy.

Democrats spent the last four years openly attacking us, both physically and in print, openly celebrating violence against us, and now threatening to burn the whole country down if we don't give them what they want. Their plans for us are to cheat in the election as much as they have to to win, to pack that court with enough justices to make the remaining conservatives irrelevant, to turn the constitution - particularly the first and second amendments - into a dead letter, to ensure their hold on all future elections, to establish one-party rule under defacto-communism as our form of government, and to turn all of us into their slaves. They have told us what they intend to do to us. They have repeatedly proven this intent through their actions. We owe it to ourselves and our children to take them seriously.

Trump should nominate the most hard-core, rock-ribbed conservative Constitutionalist he can find. I'm talking someone who ignores all SCOTUS precedent and rules based on the Constitution, Federalist Papers, and writings of our nation's founders. We need someone willing to chuck every gun law and free speech infringement, every government invasion of privacy, and every encroachment on the right of self defense. We need someone so hard-core he scares milquetoast clowns like Romney.

Regarding RBG, good riddance. That's all I care to say about her.

Thank you President Trump.

Was out of touch last night due to family issues. Just curious as to how Coldbear and other leftist "late night comedians" reacted.

This alleged deathbed request from RBG, considering her condition, was she capable of making cogent and aware comments? Sorry if this was addressed earlier, late to this thread.

Her & McCain. They'll both be voting Democrat, as usual.

Interesting idea of coming up with a center left candidate who is solidly pro gun rights. While the screaming jackals that seem to be driving the Lefty party now would certainly not be satisfied with anyone an eighth of an inch right of Mao, watching them lose their minds over a center leftist might turn off moderate Democrat voters.

It is an interesting idea, but I trust our President to make the right choice whatever he decides and am not going to waste a minute worrying about what he should do.

Excellent video clip, thanks. The make up of the Court will be an important power play after election day.

For those worried more about the election; thinking out loud, for the general voting population, is Ruth Ginsburg's death that big of a deal? Is a SCOTUS pic that huge of an issue for those other than political junkies like us?

I'll bet Mark Dice could walk around and interview 10,000 people on the street and most of them would have zero clue who is on the Supreme Court, let alone know who Ruth Ginsburg was.

I still think most voters in this election will be more concerned with jobs and the economy, and public safety than filling an empty seat in the SCOTUS.

Fill the seat.

The left would have already named a nominee and would be scheduling hearings.

This all going to boil down to the votes namely how the RINO Senators go.
The pressure on them will be enormous and hopefully they will see the light and the consequences of their actions.
HUGE deal.

Many voters went for Trump for no other reason than the Supreme Court. (and a vote against Hillary) Hopefully we have a chance to get this position filled quickly. It's truly the future of our country.
