I have zero doubt that in the deal documents there is no penalty for non-execution due to the second party's fraudulent claims. Rather, it's the other way around.

Hmm does Elon have some characteristic scar or tattoo in that region? Come to think of it not a bad idea for someone like him to put a identifying tattoo or something there even if temporary document it, and change it from time to time so when some #metoo comes along and makes these claims you have them dead to rights and can squash the story before it even starts. Of course that is followed by a false claim law suit that will leave the harlot destitute the rest of her life.

Homie has enough resources to provide an OJ Simpson like defense. Not a perfect comparison but you probably get what I’m implying. Even if he were guilty (which I don’t think he is) the man has the assets to provide doubt to the accusations.

And well, beyond that, if you wait until the most politically inconvenient time for the accused to make your accusation, and then do it many years after the alleged assault, well sorry, but you don't deserve any credibility at that point even if what you're saying is true.

And in this case, well, they posted this story just over 24 hours after Elon declared he would vote for Republicans in the coming election. #METOOed in probably record time. In fact, I would like to announce a new unit of measurement. The Elon. It is a unit of time equal to exactly 27 hours 33 minutes 00 seconds, the time from when Elon sent out his tweet to when Business Insider tweeted out their sexual assault hit piece. From now on, it is the standard of time for all public figures who announce they are a conservative or Republican until they are accused of sexual assault.
