I'm pretty sure that Hunter's fingerprints are already in the LE database, so processing the evidence shouldn't be taking this long.

I think the larger issue here, although this is big, is how did a bag of white powder make it past Secret Service security and into the White House?

It’s painfully obvious that the cocaine could only belong to someone in the inner circle. There’s no other way it could have gotten into a secure area, despite the later lie that it found in a heavily trafficked area. Nobody with integrity believes the various bullshit. Nobody without integrity believes it either; they just refuse to admit the truth because it hurts “their side”. DemocRATS have ZERO integrity. This just proves it once again, as if that was actually in question.

If the bag has fingerprints on it , then the identity is known . Doubtful we will ever know the truth .

No conservatives seem to be keeping this in the fore front.

Interfering with an ongoing investigation has become just an excuse to suppress information.

There are two interpretations I think:

1. SS are planning to enforce law and don't want to reveal anything that may jeopardize the investigation leading to a prosecution. The comment LE usually makes on TV "can't comment on an on-going investigation" kind of thing.

2. SS have no plans to investigate leading to a prosecution. Revealing any info may force them to investigate due to public pressure.

It's presumed to be #2? Not surprising but that means SS is also weaponized since I would assume that they have no fiduciary duty to protect those who may be complicit, including POTUS, in this case?

So, when the last straw falls, every agency needs to be scuttled and rebuilt from scratch.

Something tells me the firefighters/rescue/haz-mat that broadcasted the 'cocaine hydrochloride' on an open frequency will find themselves quietly transferred to the worst station in DC after some time off to think about what we don't say on the radio.

The White House, SS, and Democrats want this to go away and never be spoken of again.

They don't want to "investigate" this unless they can pin it on a Trump era personnel like the White House Kitchen Dishwasher.

The Secret Service has abruptly moved up a planned congressional briefing on the discovery of cocaine inside the Biden White House, asking to brief lawmakers Thursday morning in a secure room normally reserved for classified intelligence briefings, multiple lawmakers told Just the News on Wednesday.

The briefing to the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, originally planned for week of July 24, has been moved up to 10 a.m. Thursday and will be held in a sensitive compartmented information facility or SCIF. Lawmakers on the committee with appropriate security clearances may attend, officials said.

The committee's chairman, James Comer, R-Ky., announced last week he had opened an investigation into the incident, which began July 2 when the cocaine was discovered and forced a temporary evacuation of the executive mansion.

The Secret Service did not immediately return a call seeking comment. A law enforcement source, speaking only on condition of anonymity, told Just the News that the service scheduled the briefing to give lawmakers an update on some developments after fingerprint and DNA analysis was ordered on the evidence. The source declined to be more specific.

Soldier of Fortune magazine reported Wednesday night that fingerprints were on the bag of cocaine and "officials at the White House know who handled" the drug. Lawmakers and the law enforcement source said they could not immediately confirm the report.

Officials at the White House know who handled a packet of cocaine that was found inside the Executive Mansion, and have confirmed that finding via fingerprint evidence, according to sources with direct knowledge of the investigation.

Agents with the U.S. Secret Service found “suspicious white powder” inside the White House on July 2, prompting an emergency evacuation while tests were performed on the powder. A lab test proved that the white substance was cocaine.

Another test brought back a hit on fingerprints, the security source said.

The results came in quickly on the fingerprints because the sample was sent to a unit that gets results within 24 hours.

White House cocaine investigation concluded, no suspect ID’d: Secret Service

The Secret Service has ended its investigation into cocaine found in the West Wing without identifying a suspect, a GOP congressman told The Post Thursday.

Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) stormed out of a briefing offered to lawmakers moments after it began, calling the conclusion “bogus.”

“They have facial identification, they have — y’all know you can’t go in there without giving your Social Security number, and they decided it’s just some weekend visitor,” Burchett said. “That’s bogus. Nobody’s buying that at all.”

Burchett added that an official announcement that the probe had wrapped up would come Friday.
