Here's a stainless. Stainless vintage 19mm BOR bracelets are inexpensive.

Thanks Mars Attacks! If I didn’t have my eye on a Hamilton khaki Below Zero this morning I would be quite tempted to scoop that one up. I like the stainless version but your gold version is IMO the best variant.

That was a good score for you! Cool

Yeah, I think the gold version definitely has a cooler vibe!

I have been looking at Jomashop with watches for a while. They seem to have great deals. How are the quality of watches? I understand they are a grey market and the warranty only comes from them.

My grail watch. Tudor Black Bay GMT Opaline dial.
Just took it out of the box. Wouldn't let the jeweler size it.

Congrats on the new Tudor and hoping you'll wear it in good health! Probably my favorite Tudor. That "pearlescent" dial is amazing!

I'm surprised Johnny wouldn't let the jeweler size his new watch unless it fit right out of the box or he didn't trust him to do the dob right.

Sometimes a proper swiss screw driver can get the job done, but at work I use a specialty screw driver tool that costs over 70 bucks with special T-Tipped shaped blades specifically for Rolex and Tudor. Even with new loctite no stripping or gouging of the slot on the pins.

I have the proper screwdrivers. I have been tinkering with watches forever, so removing a link or two is child's play.

If and when you buy a Tudor watch, turn on the NFC (near field communications) on your cellphone. Put the phone near the Warranty Card. You will get a two page "report " about your specific watch (picture, serial number, Warranty expiration date) and full specifications one 2nd page.

I received the 48 hour email from Helm this morning. In it is the code to make a purchase of this watch. If anyone is interested, let me know.

Just got an email from Helm saying my Khuraburi Titanium is about to become available.

Since I took advantage of fischtown's Khuraburi, I'd like to pass this opportunity on to anyone who'd like to own one.

Give me a shout; email in my profile and I'll notify Helm for your info.

After years of sourcing parts and finding the time to do this, I FINALLY restored into service this vintage 1950's 18kt gold Omega retirement watch. I paid $60 for it because the pawn shop guy insisted it had been plated. He misread the .750 and hallmark in the caseback. LOL

I was almost going to sell it for melt when a jeweler in California had a bad movement with the balance pinion I needed. It had a bad mainspring and mine was good. Between three movements, I had enough parts to fix it! THe movement's bridges and wheels are mix and match, but the original main three quarter bridge is original.

It will be very much loved by me. The TwistoFlex® bracelet is just awesomeness. I feel like I need to go to a smoke filled supper club and order the prime rib!
