That is a great looking watch Snapping Twig!!

For my birthday I was able to procure something VERY special! A 2018 Doxa Sub 300T Divingstar Poseidon with a full kit!!!! Cool

I have wanted one of these for sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long!!!! One of 500!!!! Big Grin Big Grin

And I still have a kick ass Seiko heading my way from Japan! Cool No, it isn’t a grand Seiko but it is still a neat limited edition JDM diver. Seattle Seahawk fans will love the dial/hand color combo! Big Grin

Doxa definitely wasn't what I was expecting.

I still have another diver inbound that I bet you’ve never seen before. It’s one I recently discovered. Big Grin

It’s nothing crazy or super unique but it is a damn neat variant of a Seiko Diver I really like.

Thanks man! It was a good one for sure.

I DEFINITELY don’t need one of these but jomashop’s sale is soooooooooooo tempting that I might scoop one up on the black strap.

I selected this pic because of the funky strap but I’d keep mine on the oem black strap.

I am worried it might be too chunky for my tiny wrist but man I love that dial.

I’ve been really into yellow dial watches lately. Cool

Nice & simple, I like it.
Would probably go for a different color, but that does look good, even on the red strap.

I’m about to take back all those kind words I said about DHL in the past. They are beginning to REALLY PISS ME OFF.

That cool Seiko I spoke about earlier might not happen.

On a positive note I am about to become a Breitling owner. Eek Eek Eek Cool

FN DHL is acting like they are delivering this.

THEY ARE NOT

They are delivering a damn Seiko Sumo limited JDM model. Just leave it at the damn door like Jomashop and Gnomon does with watches costing 2-3x as much!

Sure the lime green text on the dial and the lime green seconds hand is neat BUT this is not THAT rare.

Three failed DHL attempts to deliver with ZERO left messages on the door!?!? This feels like a damn scam. Mad Mad

This deal is about to fall through.

It is a beauty. I’d be so tempted to throw that dial into a Seiko turtle or sumo case. Big Grin

The Alpinist dial in a diver is just excellent!

keyboard test full

DHL FINALLY delivered my Sumo!!!!

This thing is gorgeous! It has a deep blue sunburst dial similar to the Seiko limited edition blue lagoon divers from a few years ago.
It has a crisp bezel action with perfect alignment along with perfect chapter ring and watch hand alignment.

As far as limited edition Seiko watches go this one is up there with my Zimbe as one of favorites. Cool

It’s blue, fit and finish is perfect and the factory engraved year on the back of the case makes it very important/significant as a gift to a family member of mine in the future.
