Didn't want to be a smart ass, so I didn't post in This Thread.

But this seems like an ideal circumstance for a Glock. Not only because of the poly frame, but because it's easy to detail strip and dry with a Q-Tip.

I took my G17 RTF and G19 out to the range and ran our department pistol combat course with both. The G17 was good but I shot great with the G19. The even though the G19 doesn't quite fit my hands as well as the G17, the G19 was such better natural pointing pistol for me. I was going to get a G23c through MississippiGal but some unforseen expenses came up and had to cancel the order. I will get the either a G23c or G23OD (don't want to confuse it with the G19) next month.

I prefer the 20SF myself. Same size, more oomph for hunting or defense! But no question about it: the 21SF is a great .45!

Just picked up my fish gill G17 RTF2.
I haven't gotten to shoot it yet but hopefully this week!

I like it, the trigger seems to be pretty good too.

This thread shall not die!

You will buy a Glock. You will keep it this time. And you will learn to like it.

Doh! G23c on the way from MississippiGal! It will be joining the G17RTf and G19.....Now to get a G34 or G35.

Damn I had to correct that last sentence, it should have read:
Now to get a G34 AND G35.
