No .45 GAP. Get one of the new 21SF models. It will sit a lot better in your hand. I'd say look for a Gen2 G19, but my opinion is biased. _______________ #COMMUNISTMANBAD

It is peachy keen that Bruce Gray has come to the dark side. Wanted to shoot my new to me Glock 17 RTF at the local USPSA match today but didn't have a good holster. Next month I for sure will. ----------------------------- Always carry. Never tell.

I have both the 38 and 39 and like the thinner frame (vs. my G30 & G21) and enjoy shooting the round as well. Could just be the drugs but the GAP seems to shoot softer than the ACP in Glocks. I buy the ammunition online and the prices average the same as ACP. Results from tests I've read seem to indicate equal performance with ACP as well. ---------------------------------------- “The further a society drifts from truth, the more it will hate those who speak it.”

Now who on earth went and put a Glock thread on a Sig forum?? Me? I have a bunch o' Sigs. Oh, and this little guy. I shoot him as good or better than my Sigs but I'll deny that in public. ------------------------- ------------------------- Sigs: more than a few -------------------------

I am very pleased with my new Glock 20SF. I'm still getting used to the trigger since it is quite different from my Sigs which are all da/sa and have the Sig AEP and short reset trigger. This will be a woods gun so I have shot 50 rounds of Hornady 200gr xtp thru it and this morning I tried the Doubletap 230 gr WFNGC rounds, which to my knowledge are the most powerful rounds available for 10mm. I was impressed with the way the Glock frame absorbed the recoil. The gun is very accurate with my Lone Wolf 6" barrel and a pleasure to shoot. I won't give up my Sigs anytime soon but I am a new Glock 10mm fan for sure. I practice Shinrin-yoku It's better to wear out than rust out Member NRA Member Georgia Carry

I sent my Glock 21 in for a PM service back in June...I have not seen it back yet. This thread is killing me.

Buffalo Bore seems stronger than D/T; however, this is purely subjective and based on felt recoil and noise. One of these days I will put up a chrony and find out for sure. SIGnature: Jere

Ya know I don't care how many times I see one, but there is just something about a used Glock that speaks volumes, just like a CPO SIG. That's a great 19 by the way! Dale POW/MIA: You are Not Forgotten

I don't know about Glocks, but If you owned a SIG 226 Tach Ops..40, you won't ask for anything else. Big, strong, powerful, masculine, keeps spittin those rounds off like a string of firecrackers going off.It resounds with I'm a Bad Hammer Jammer. Sorry if I'm partial. I have an FBI commemorative 226 in .40 and .357 Sig and love to shoot it. And also my Sig P245. When I go to the range or CCW, I take my 26 or 19. When I go to the woods I take my 20SF. SIGnature: Jere

I've sold off 2 P226s in my day. Still have a few Glocks though..

The last few weeks I've had my 239 & my G/29 side by side @ night on the coffee table & I always seem to reach for my 239 it just feels much better in my hand & I don't trust my Glock 100% latley having trouble with the extractor I believe, Think its a ammo problem.

I bought a Glock. Gen4 G19. I traded in my all-Exeter SP2022 for it. And I think I like it. That is all.

Yes, I did. Just bought the wife a G26 for off duty,(her service pistol is a G17). Been thinking about a used G17 for the kids to learn on. They have grown up with Sigs, but, Sigs aren't the only gun out there. I feel they should be well rounded, learn various systems, ya never know what you'll have to pick up. When they start buying their own, they can pick their favorite, based on shooting different platforms, instead of someone else's opinion. I have until this point resisted the urge to compare my P245 to the G30, to see which is really smaller, maybe next month...Christmas is coming! Swampcat
