I didn't get pulled but I saw some old friends get lucky and that made my day! Ernie did a little talk about Don Deckert and his terrific Emerson collection, he's a friend and one of the nicest guys you'll meet.

The 15 is a thing of beauty isn't it?

I read on BladeForums that many want a Super CQC-15. I also wrote Ernie an email asking for a Super 15...I hope he makes it in 2015.

Guys...Ernie added a new blade to the Signature Series. The Combat Systems Fighter Knife. Looks a lot like a Tiger with a different handle...I like it quite a bit!

BTW, I put up an ad in the Classifieds for a few of my knives if you want to check it out.

Vemon,

I really like the Emerson/Protech collaboration. I like the knurled grip and the stainless spearpoint but it is no longer made. Blade HQ has the black blade version. I really like your tanto and they still have it in stock. Do you have issues with sharpening your tanto blade?

Iwon't be getting the signature series becaue Ialready have the custom. It i a very solid, dependable design.

As far as the protech, they are around to find in the configuration you spoke about. It just takes some patience and snooping around. The B blade isn't difficult to maintain.

Mekaus,

specifically, this already really rare

"Limited first run #95 solid tactical handle wiith extra grip." but you can still find.
Problems with sharpening tanto not at all. I use ceramics from Spyderco.

Guys! Ernie added a new Category..."New"...Check these new models out:

http://emersonknives.com/produ...tegory/knives/new-2/

The Iron Dragon has my attention. Love the lines, and the dedication to Richard Bustillo is very personal to Ernie. This is significant...very. Also, unlike the 'Signature' models, these will be available at retailers too.

Oh...And another one that's pretty much only been seen in the Customs arena...And I loved it the second I saw it: The Government Mule. You'll remember that Ernie dedicated it to the band of the same name, which he really likes.
