Nothing accomplished!?!?!? Israel confirmed Iran was weeks away from building and using nuclear weapons and our intervention stopped that. I don't know about some of you but I prefer living above ground.

I don’t see that these people are ever going to sign a document to make a deal of any kind. They’re not like other developed countries. A deal won’t be made until all members of the revolutionary guard are dead. What’s left of the citizens that want freedom are too afraid and incapable of taking control.
Surely, Trump and his cabinet were aware of this when they were planning. I understand that Trump wants to reassure everyone that there’s more positives on the way, but telling everyone the Iranians are desperate for a deal every week is wearing thin. Obviously, whoever is desperate for a deal doesn’t have the power to make it happen.

Terms of Agreement
Those who know what’s happening aren’t talking, and news outlets like Axios and Reuters, who can’t possibly have inside information, are.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Those critical of the president will always find something to whine about. I don’t trust Iran, but I trust president Trump more than any other president in my lifetime. If Iran gets a nuke, it’ll be because Trump isn’t a king and someone less competent is in power. If the American Left weren’t so hysterical and lost to false principles, we could be more confident that Iran is contained.

Marco Rubio Just Torched the Panicans Crying Over the Iran Peace Deal

Despite countless of President Donald Trump’s so-called allies defecting to criticize the administration for coming to a deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran, Secretary of State Marco Rubio has set the record straight on who is actually coming out on top.

“The idea that somehow this president, given everything that he’s already proven that he’s willing to do, is gonna somehow agree to a deal that ultimately winds up putting position when it comes to nuclear ambitions is absurd,” Rubio said at a press conference during his trip to India. “That’s just not gonna happen, but our preference is to address this through a diplomatic means and that’s what we’re endeavoring to do here.”

Rubio further expressed that it has long been Trump’s preference to find global, America First solutions through diplomatic means rather than unnecessarily put American troops in harm's way to achieve the same goals. “The problem is going to be solved one way or the other,” Rubio stated.

Rubio also quieted rumors that the Trump administration would allow the Iranians to have free reign over the Strait of Hormuz, one of the most vital shipping lanes in the world.

“If we allowed that to become normal, we’d be normalizing an unacceptable status quo and setting a dangerous precedent that can be replicated in this region and around the world,” Rubio said.

The details of the negotiated deal are expected to be released soon.

They had their brief window of opportunity. They blew it. Now we have someone other than the thug that was in place. Work with that. That is how the world works. It may only be slightly better, but on the geo political stage it ain't worse.

Talking about a fantasy, That analogy is stupid.

And saying those in Trumps admin. are incompetent like you know something about the workings of his inner circle and know more about critical situations than they do is ridiculous.

Us having a major stake in what is going in zuala is way better than having china and russia controlling it.

US Hits Iran Amid Talks

The U.S. launched fresh strikes on Iran, targeting missile sites and boats laying mines, even as Secretary of State Marco Rubio says negotiations to end the war could still take a few more days, with Israel warning the emerging deal is a bad one as it escalates attacks in Lebanon.

This is yet another reminder of how bad and naive a President Jimmy Carter was. Yes, the Shah was a bad guy. But there can be worse.
I still remember those almost 20% mortgage interest rates too.
Much of the middle east has changed since 1979 and mostly for the better. What hasn't is the insecurities caused by terrorism and that's almost all due to Iran.

Why is Junior Khamenei still in one piece and barking like a chihuahua?
It’s time to quit talking to these lunatics and make them a country of sheep herders again.

Besides taking Lil Khamenei out, we need to take out everyone who made the deal and renege the next day.

If the new team pulls the same crap, kill them all too. Rince and repeat until they welcome us in with red carpet to remove all their uranium.

Oh and take out their spokeshole for good measure.

Iranian Leader Calls For Muslim Unity, Says 'Death To America' Will Become Common Slogan

Authored by Tom Ozimek via The Epoch Times,

Iranian leader Mojtaba Khamenei issued a message on May 26 calling for greater unity across the Muslim world against the United States and Israel, saying that the chants “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” will become the rallying slogans of Muslims and “the oppressed of the world.”

Khamenei’s message was to mark Hajj, the annual Islamic pilgrimage. In it, Khamenei described a historic struggle against U.S. and Israeli influence in the Middle East, repeatedly invoking the revolutionary slogan “Allahu Akbar” as the “weapon” that had enabled Iran and its allies to resist outside pressure.

He said Iran had succeeded in “making the Zionist regime helpless under its severe blows during the second imposed war” and in delivering “a harsh slap to aggressive America,” while thwarting efforts to force Tehran into submission.

The statement also praised what it called the “Resistance Front,” saying Iranian forces and allied fighters in Lebanon had secured “notable victories” against “the two terrorist armies, armed to the teeth by the American-Zionist side.”

Khamenei coupled the militant rhetoric with a broader appeal for cooperation among Muslim-majority countries, calling on regional countries to “no longer serve as shields for American bases” while denouncing Israel as a “faltering” regime that was nearing “the final stages of its cursed life.”

Fragile Diplomacy Continues

Khamenei’s message came as the United States, Israel, and Iran remain locked in a tense standoff following months of fighting that included U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iranian nuclear and military facilities, Iranian retaliation across the region, and disruptions to shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.

Although a ceasefire has largely held, negotiations continue over a proposed memorandum of understanding intended to end hostilities and establish a framework for future talks.

U.S. President Donald Trump said on May 25 that negotiations with Tehran were “proceeding nicely” but warned that failure to secure an acceptable agreement could lead to renewed military action.
