If the Presidential election goes to the House because no candidate received a majority of electoral votes, the vote is by state, each state having one vote. Presumably, each state's caucus would determine the state vote by majority vote of the Representatives. The last time I toted it up, a great many states were majority Republican. The vote would be taken in this Congress, not the next one, I presume, right after the Electoral College vote did not produce a victor. Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me. When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way.
