two thoughts this morning 1. If the data on Weiner's laptop helped Clinton, there would have been an FBI/DoJ news conference already. So there must be bad stuff there for Clinton 2. It is absurd that at this critical point in time, we are getting bit & pieces of what is known from anonymous sources and sprinkled over the news organizations The FBI doesn't have to release everything, just enough to let the American people know if that laptop is an indictment machine for the entire Clinton team | |||

There has been a lot of predictions that Trump can't get to 270 electoral votes. Interesting thing at Real Clear Politics. They are cited a lot because of their averaging techniques. They estimate the possible EV count for each candidate two ways 1. Counting states that are likely to go to a particular candidate and setting aside states too close to call 2. Forcing a best estimate for each state (they call it "No Toss Ups Map") For several days RCP was predicting Florida for Trump. Over the last couple days, RCP is now calling Florida for Clinton, but New Hampshire for Trump. Bottom line: if RCP included Florida for Trump now, Trump is at 270 in the "No Toss Ups Map" There are definitely paths to victory for Trump. | |||

Looks like people with DirectTV service are reporting they have lost Fox News Channel. Fortunately I have Comcast but my brother has DirecTV and has comfirmed this. It is blacked out and says they are having technical difficulties. I seriously doubt this is just a coincidence folks. Try switching to Standard Definition if you are using HD. It seems to help some people but others seem to have completely lost DirecTV service. Seems to be affecting many States from feedback I have received in a social media group. Keep in mind of who owns DirecTV folks...AT&T. AT&T is trying to acquire Time Warner as well and Trump came out and said that would put too much power and influence under one business entity and that he would not approve it. I and my brother, as well as a boat load of other people in numerous States are patiently waiting for DirecTV's explanation. I'm honestly really curious to hear it. So unless you have a reasonable explanation or factual information to share about it, your doubt that it is at least suspect is irrelevant. I've had DirecTV, Dish Network, and now Comcast, and the only time I've ever lost a specific channel or even multiple channels on them was because of a programming change that I elected to make.
