And by the way... on this topic of locker room talk. I've been told many times, by many friends who are women, that they are far more descriptive, and far more free to share the most intimate details of experiences with lovers with their "besties" or circles of close girlfriends.

So based on the number of times this has been related to me, I'm not all that keen on the women sitting on their high horse slamming Trump when an equal number of them are far more vulgar with their friends.

Oh, I am aware that no one knows what is going to happen come November and I certainly don't have a crystal ball, but over the years I have come to trust my gut, even more so as I grow older.

In 2012 I well remember sitting with my wife watching Fox just a day or two before the election and we had just been told by all the pundits (Dick Morris, Karl Rove to name a few) why Romney was going to win and win big on Tuesday. The wife looked at me and said it sure looks like he might do it. I looked at her and told her that there was no way Romney was going to win. Obama will have a second term, I just knew it in my gut.

Trump is going to win. I know it.

Just ask my gut.

I have never used Facebook, and the more I hear about it, the more grateful I am to have no idea what is going on there. I'll take a wild guess some of the people of your FB feed are of the extreme prepper/NDE/dreamer type. If so, I have come across a few of these people peripherally, and they are beyond nuts.

You are correct, there are a lot of people who claim to be a lot of things who have no idea what is on the line.

Lol actually the prep people are pro Trump. My in laws are not......

Yeah we've destroyed the republican party- They used to be a complacent bitch that could be easily manipulated by the msm.

Undecided voters- I think there's a group of people who want to vote for the winning candidate and the polls are an attempt to influence them. A large number of mindless people are sheeple.

The thing about it is, they HAVE destroyed the Republican party. They are the roll over party. Everything BHO has asked for since they have been in majority, BHO has gotten.

I feel that if Trump were to lose this bid, in two or four years it won't matter who you vote for. The damage will be done by Klinton, and it will take likely a generation to come back, if that is even possible.

The "compromise" party of cowards, led by Ryan, basically has taken the attitude of "hey, we'll only shoot you three times in the chest, the democrats wanted to shoot you six times. We're here for you, reelect us."

I'm not sure this is accurate.

Isn't it true that the House has voted many times to enact the Republican platform measures, only to be thwarted when those bills have not been voted in in the Senate, which spares the President from having to veto them?

Let's talk about specifics here. I believe the repeal of Obamacare was approved on several occasions in the House. I seem to recall a couple of budget items that were passed.

There are probably others.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

The Republican Party has destroyed itself. You need only look at the actions of Paul Ryan and his predecessor to realize it's been bleeding out for a while. The GOP is scared to fight, scared to win, scared to stand up and to be a opposition party to Obama.

FUCK THE GOP, it is infiltrated with losers like Zendriver who swallow the media bullshit and accept that everything sucks and we can't win because trump said pussy. The real pussy issue with the GOP is its membership.

One point I would like to raise, regarding Trump's prospects of winning this election: It appears Trump is still drawing very large crowds at his events. Hillary is not - only a couple/few hundred at most.

Does anyone have actual data to show this is still the case? It looks like Trump's event in PA last night was heavily attended, with a couple of thousand unable to enter because it was full.

Are Hillary's events still poorly attended?

This could be the strongest objective data indicating who's REALLY likely to win this election...

One of the worst things that obama and the Dems have done is to systematically divide the country.

blacks against whites
Hispanics against whites
women against men

The one common target for the Dems to demonize is white men.

It has been planned out, organized, and executed.

The Congress controls the purse strings. The GOP congress has given Obama trillions to spend, all because they are afraid of the media calling them out. The GOP is afraid, period. They have no one who can articulate an argument against Obama. Why is that? Because they are all on the same side.

Big Grin

Poor Jimmy. ERMEGHAD DEY TRIED!!!!!!!

How about a simple civics lesson, shall we? Who controls the power of the purse?

For $64,000, Obamacare is useless if what is defunded?

For far too long, we have bought into the dog and pony show of "they tried, dog gone it". There is plenty more they (House and Senate) can be doing. But, they chose to do ceremonial things, then throw their hands in the air that they tried. A lot of this that is going on in Washington could be fixed, if the party wanted to do so. They just simply chose not to do so.

And apparently, people believe them and defend them.........

Bonus question- If what you say is true, why is it that Paul Ryan and co are trying desperately to scuttle their candidate's chances of winning back the White House? Why is Ryan trying to hand the White House to Hillary if that pesky veto stuff is all that's been stopping them?
