From what I've seen so far, the liberals on social media are for the most part panicking. I even have some people that post infrequently trying to bolster the news feed with libraganda after the debate last night. I can't help but chuckle out loud at their hand wringing and desperation while sending some more Trumptastic shares their way. Fortunately have many more Trump supporter friends and family than liberals. Various social pages showing lots of Trump support too. Big Grin

On another note, we already know the country is more divided than probably ever before but I'm thinking this election is also going to leave some friendships and family relationships severely damaged if not destroyed. I won't unfriend a family member unless they become truly obnoxious and irrational but there are a few "friends" I'm really reconsidering. Who knows, maybe they will do me a favor and unfriend me when Trump wins?

Yes, despite the nay sayers and detractors, I'm pretty confident the polls are pure nonsense whether Trump is up or down and predict that not only is he going to win, he is going to win by a margin that is going to surprise a lot of folks.

Glenn Beck is smoking crack now. "Electing Hillary is the moral choice." Dude needs to be in a jacket locked in a padded room.

Lots of Mormon's have been brainwashed into this thinking trust me. My wife's family is mostly all in Utah and Mormon.

There is no way I would consider Glenn Beck as representing Mormons or anyone other than himself. Anyone following him in this is on their own.

The people I know in Utah who supported Trump before this still support him. Those who just dumped him weren't likely to have voted for him anyway. So, things are mostly decided, and have been for a while, as Para has said.

Well I am telling you hundreds of Mormon's on my FB feed in Utah are spilling out lots of this dribble. Not all but a large number. It's the one only sector I see this BS in my personal life in mass. These are not Democrats.

I do not think Glenn is the sole cause but part of a wider group think. They are nuts and clueless to what is on the line. IMO

I am not Anti Mormon just tossing out what I see.

Peace out.

I have a college roommate with whom I've been friends for 40+ years. He's originally from Chicago and lives there today. So, as you might guess, he is definitely a liberal.

He called tonight. We talk on the phone maybe once a week. He has been amazed all along how Trump has managed to stay alive in the process. Calls him "Teflon Don" because nothing ever seems to stick. He is completely flabbergasted that the Dems didn't knock Trump out on Sunday at the debate. Agrees with you that liberals at all levels are beginning to panic. The common question they are asking is "Trump won't die....how do you kill him?" He readily concedes that, if they don't come up with something better by November 8th, Trump will win fairly easily. The "polls" out today are pure media propaganda. BTW - like most Dems, he hates Hillary and isn't 100% sure he can vote for her, either. There's no groundswell of support out there for her at all.

I saw the flame filled pages back in the 670's and could not help but think to myself that there is another "remember that guy?" story in the making. Wink

Greetings,

If you're looking for a reality-based yardstick, here's one:

I was speaking with my mother about this 'debate' today. She's close to HilLIARy in age. Upper middle class, retired, on Medicare, (and spends A LOT of time dealing with them). My mother has never voted in her life. She will be this election, and she ain't supporting her fellow 'female' either.

I suspect she's far from alone.

During the discussion, I admit, the full, PG-13 rated 'P' word crossed my lips. I know, I have sinned... Much to my relief, my mother didn't disown her son and ban him from all future holiday dinners. Thanks ma!

Quite the contrary, the epic hypocrisy of DT's fellow politicians, just about claiming their precious, sensitive ears were nearly singed right of the side of their clean and honest heads, pegged her BS meter.

We also agreed that it was highly unlikely that every bachelorette party that ever occurred consisted of nothing more than simply painting each other's toe nails and having innocent little pillow fights. There may have been some male strippers, phallic shaped cakes or party favors, and a few other types of such debauchery...in other words, the 'P' word probably doesn't faze or offend as many people and/or women as MSM would like everyone to believe.

But more importantly, what were seeing in MSM media is the equivalent of having Klinton on the baseball mound and flounder a pitch that rolls to a stop 10 feet short of the plate and the Umpire screaming 'Strike.' It really is nauseating.

That and the virtual continuous loop of the 'P' tape...get over it, jeez.

Lets see where things are in a few days.

Beck is a bonafide nutcase. He's not internally consistent from one day to the next. A raving lunatic. His mind is like a small child, from one extreme to another without rhyme or reason.

Great question. A lot of folks don't understand how this works. In areas outside designated combat zones, the department of state has legal authority to approve or deny combat operations. POTUS can override them, which he doesn't, but they are always part of the discussion. The only current designated combat zones are Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria. That means all the HVI strikes and SOF raids in all the other places, which are many, have to process through state at some point. Maybe just the ambassador, maybe the SECSTATE, depending on the potential political fallout.

So yes, she definitely was involved in highly classified missions killing terrorist leadership. And yes, she knew raids in Somalia or RPA strikes in Yemen were big time classified. So why did she tell the FBI that she didn't know those discussions were classified therefore thought it was ok to conduct them on her unsecure server? Like all her lies, it's easy to spot them because she contradicts herself. She compromised our national security and she did it to free herself from the legal responsibility of transparent accountability. Trump is spot on, she should be in jail.

Arabian Cowboy, from your earlier post above, I take it that HRC not only failed to provide security & later abandoned her DOS employees but that she actually had the power to make the call for a military intervention in Benghazi during the attacks? Seems like Panetta may be less to blame than evidently HRC. Obviously she's guilty as hell, along with BHO, but it is interesting to learn who actually welded the power to order a military intervention & rescue of the consulate & cia annex.

What we're saying is, if it's Infowars, it's probably bullshit. They've certainly gotten better, but their reputation is marred by ancient alien civilizations, and claims of reptilian overlords.

Basically, if they say the sky is blue, you better head outside and check yourself.
