Well since is a Trump Forum why is it not listed as such? Pros and cons right? That's give and take on a Forum. "Cons" brings to mind indictments, Rape trials, Georgia election tampering and a wee bit of Insurrection on 1/6/21.

Biden’s DOJ Pushes for Michael Flynn’s Wrongful Prosecution Lawsuit to Be Moved to D.C from Florida

The DOJ wants to move Flynn’s lawsuit from Florida to D.C., where a judge previously resisted the Justice Department’s bid to drop its own criminal case against the retired Army lieutenant general.

On Monday, DOJ lawyers filed a motion arguing that the Florida venue is inconvenient.

The DOJ insists that it must be held in the nation’s capital because relevant documents and most of the key witnesses are located in or around the D.C. area.

Although prosecutors acknowledge Flynn is a Florida resident, the government says all of the “acts and omissions” that form the basis of his lawsuit took place within the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Flynn, who served as Defense Intelligence Agency director under President Obama, filed suit in early March.
