Dominion should be prosecuted if their machines are found to have defrauded the country if it’s rightful president.

Life at hard labor is going easy on them.

Fulton County GA

Last week a Georgia judge agreed to allow plaintiffs to review Fulton County absentee ballots, the physical ballots, in a process yet determined (future order forthcoming). The custody of the ballots would remain under the control of the Fulton County election officials, but the auditors will be permitted access to them. This could be significant as there are 145,000 specific Fulton County absentee ballots at issue .

yesterday Fulton County officials asked a court to dismiss the underlying lawsuit because they do not want those absentee ballots to be inspected.

The motion to dismiss, which was filed on Wednesday, argued Garland Favorito and the other plaintiffs never served the county and that the Superior Court of Fulton County lacks jurisdiction in the case. Attorneys also argued that Fulton County is not a proper party to the case.

“It is an improper party because it is not the final policymaker with control over elections,” the motion said. “The Elections Code states that where there is a board of elections, that entity acts as a superintendent and conducts elections and primaries.”

Democratic Fulton County Commission Chairman Robb Pitts criticized the ballot review following Amero’s ruling.

“It is outrageous that Fulton County continues to be a target of those who cannot accept the results from last year’s election,” Pitts said, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “The votes have been counted multiple times, including a hand recount, and no evidence of fraud has been found.”

DEMs really trying to stop the voters from knowing what happened.

trump lost GA by less than 12,000 votes

I always like to think about how much needed to change to switch the results. In GA, only 6,000 votes had to switch from Biden to Trump, and Trump would have won.

6,000 out of 5,000,000 total votes

more delay in GA

https://www.theepochtimes.com/...tner&utm_campaign=gp

Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero said a May 28 meeting was no longer taking place because of motions filed by Fulton County, the county’s Board of Registration and Elections, and the county’s clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts, a spokesperson for the court confirmed to The Epoch Times.

Amero said the motions must be heard before the plaintiffs can gain access to the absentee ballots. He proposed a June 21 hearing, but the order scheduling the hearing hasn’t yet been filed.

Would not TREASON be a legitimate basis for trial? And a realistic penalty for massive TREASON against the USA would be DEATH?

I think thats a bad idea.

If he gets elected, he's a lame duck and everyone knows he's gone in 4 years so twist him up and stall everything. We've already seen how long it takes the enemies of this country to dismantle what he did.

I think he is better suited to be a disrupter in continuing to do business as usual. Yes, he's polarizing, but he's a leader and not a politician which is why no one in Congress has anything in common with him.

We need a candidate that can win in 2024 and also win in 2028 and get at least two consecutive terms to get done what needs to be done. Trump is an awesome advisor and as a businessman he put America first, unlike politicians that put themselves first.

So far I don't see anyone in the republican ranks that can do the job.

I agree with you on President Trump not running in 2024. I think he'd be an incredible asset to raise money for the Republicans, though.

I believe Ron DeSantis is on pace to be POTUS. I do not believe President Trump would run as a VP, doesn't make sense. Question would be who would be Desantis's VP. I would put the name Candice Owens out there. She's young, conservative and black. To me, that would force many black voters to do one of two things:

1. vote Republican because they want to vote for her because she's black, she's young and she has a better chance of winning a general election than kamala when her time comes.
2. sit out the 2024 election if biden is still president because kamala can't win the general election in 2028.

For whatever reason, blacks are notorious for voting democrat despite the fact that democrats are the ones holding them down.

I could see, and live with, a Trump-Desantis ticket. I think that pair would appeal to a lot of folks. After 4 years, Ron can take over where Trump left off, and continue with a conservative agenda.. That works for me!!

You are making the assumption that there will be an election in 2024.

The country may go through the motions but unless voter fraud and the coup members are lined up against a wall Biden will still be president - even if he is more dead than he is now.

Just like old NASCAR, when the only way to win was to cheat the rules, you just have to cheat better than the other guy. That's the problem with current Republicans - they try to fight a clean fight against a dirty opponent. McCain and Romney threw the elections to Obama because they didn't play to win. They played to be inoffensive while Obama's dirty tricks Chicago operatives smeared them from all sides and Obama played "above the fray". Trump beat them at their own game.

The only person I see right now being viable in 2024 is DeSantis. His response to reporters asking if his anti-deplatforming law was designed for Trump was simple - how can you deplatform the President of the United States while not deplatforming the Ayatolla Khameni when he calls for the death of all Jews - was met with raucous applause. Simple, direct, pointing out the absurdity of the media with facts, but not calling them names or mocking them.

Unfortunately what the dems did wasn’t strictly treason.

It was sedition and a coup.

And why would the voting machine company Dominion need a Chief of Strategy? Should his job have been to simply count without bias? What is the strategy behind counting up from 1.

He is another coup leader

And there are pretty stiff historical penalties for "Sedition", yet NO ONE is willing to prosecute said action and make an example of those partaking suffer the consequences. THAT...is what is so damned frustrating!!! Unfortunately, the penalty isn't death, but it WOULD be nice to see someone fined and imprisoned for the maximum 20 years.

Republican Gov of Arizona, Doug Ducey, vetoed 22 bills today.

here are 3 of those 22:

HB 2554 — Requires that those chosen by parties to represent them at polling places be registered to vote in Arizona.

HB 2792 — Prohibits the delivery of early ballots to anyone who has not specifically requested one.

SB 1074 — Bans requiring public employees to have to participate in “critical race theory’’ training.

he really is a moron but I'd like to see the contents of the bills - perhaps the bills themselves were full of crap and that was the one bright spot - he had no choice but to veto and everyone only picks up on the single positive part of the bill

I think they call it poisoning - one thing tenable, the remainder is entirely unpalatable
