5 More Ways Joe Biden Magically Outperformed Election Norms.

Amazing that The Federalist would post that. Every mainstream conservative outlet has painted Sidney as a con artist, and anyone suspicious of the outcome of the election a dupe.

Any of the five outcomes listed in the article have investigatory merit.

Hard to argue this. Many of the Republicans are eager to return to the comfy existence of the Uni-Party.

What does this mean in layman's terms, please?

I've seen where the key states have the 'good' SCOTUS judges assigned, but what does that mean for President Trump's (and our) chances of getting this farcical (s)election overturned?

From what I understand, each of the thirteen federal circuit courts is assigned one SCOTUS Justice, who then considers certain appeals (emergency requests, expedited appeals, etc.) from his or her assigned circuit while other aspects of the case are still pending. Like I posted, Alito has the 3rd Circuit. And the next step from the 3rd is The U.S. Supreme Court.

Is President Trump the only elected conservative with any balls? Are most elected conservatives fearful of dem and MSM repercussions, do they feel they don't seemingly have support "in the streets" that dems have ... all the above and/or something else?

That's a good one. Another analogy I heard years ago from Rush: the Republicans are the Washington Generals to the Democrats' Harlem Globetrotters.

Let’s add to that.

One I remember from some years back was a quote from Michael Savage. Yeah I don't like him either but I give him credit for the following quote.
"Today's Republicans are the Democrats of 20 years ago and today's Democrats are the Socialists of tomorrow"

The problem is there will be no comfy existence. Appeasement doesn't get them anywhere with people who hate them. The left pretends on the news to want "unity", but they hate us all including idiots like Romney who try to ride the line.

This election is for all the marbles and those in the GOP selling us out are clueless. They are going to rig every election going forward if they get away with this. All those refusing to stand with us are going to end up wondering what the heck happened because there is no room for them in the left's plans.

It's infuriating how they do not see this. This is the time to stand and as one because if they don't there is no future.

Savage is probably not far off-base conceptually, but I think it is more like 60 years than 20 for the Dems. LBJ was a dirtbag socialist that masked his totalitarian ambition behind the label of civil rights. McGovern was a flaming socialist who was thoroughly rejected by the American people. Carter was a socialist, but thankfully he was a hapless fool who could do little. Mondale was an avowed socialist, as was Dukakis. Clinton was a socialist who tried to disguise himself as center-right in 1992. Thankfully he cared more about being popular and getting laid than he cared about Hillary's socialist agenda and the 1994 election got him in line, and remember he never received a majority of the vote(43% in '92 and 48% in '96). Gore is a totalitarian to core of his being, as is Kerry, Obama, Hitlery and the Biden handlers.

The Dems went off the rails many decades ago. Most of the time the American people beat them back, until they figured out how to steal/buy/manufacture votes on a mass scale.

Absolutely! Think of how many "investigations" end in absolutely nothing. Oh, the opposing party makes a big stink and holds hearings, expresses their shock and disbelief all while knowing they can't take things too far or they will be outed. By the time politicians get to DC, they have sold their soul a thousand times over.

All I can say is that the fools and useful idiots who voted for Joe and the Ho deserve what they are about to get. Problem is, however, they are too stupid to know they were used and bought into all the lies and promises of everything to everybody. Then there are the idiots who call themselves Republicans but are actually spineless jellyfish, wanting only to go back to their cushy, corrupt "politics as usual" and the rest of us will pay for this crap.

Rather than fight to the bitter end, it’s just oh well, better luck next time. These fools act like they’re losing a seat on the local school board. The ugly truth is that all of the people who are raising the white flag never really wanted Trump to be President. They want the milk and honey he brought them but not the ugly tweets, they want the White House but not Trump in it. So they’ll spin stories of silver linings and new opportunities but the spineless cowards really are okay with Biden, hell, even Kamala, anyone but Trump.

In a series of tweets, President Trump thanked Murphy for her handling of the ascertainment process since Election Day and suggested that the GSA head sent the letter at his direction. The president pledged to continue his legal challenge of election results.

“I want to thank Emily Murphy at GSA for her steadfast dedication and loyalty to our Country,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “She has been harassed, threatened, and abused – and I do not want to see this happen to her, her family, or employees of GSA. Our case STRONGLY continues, we will keep up the good fight, and I believe we will prevail!”

And so it begins.......

The rest of the President's tweet:

"Nevertheless, in the best interest of our Country, I am recommending that Emily and her team do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols, and have told my team to do the same."

I don't like the tone of this.
