So let's do that then. If the dems want to play dirty, drive a dump truck full of Trump votes into Philly and dump them out and say, here, every vote gets counted.

The terminology being used by All Media, including those considered conservative is focusing everyones attention in the wrong direction.

It is not about accurate or fairly counted votes.

It is about legally vs. illegally submitted ballots.

There is no way to distinguish legal from illegal ballot.

Focus needs to be on number of ballots, Legally vs. Illegally entered into the system.

If the number of illegally (Fraudulently) enters ballots is greater than the margin of victory, the election needs to be thrown out.

She won’t be VP very long. The plan will be to remove Joe for dementia and fir her to become president. She then gets to simply pick a VP. Any guess as to whom that might be?

Even that language isn't precise enough to satisfy Constitutional requirements. Any deviations made by the state courts to their respective state statutes regarding the counting of votes are Constitutionally invalid. The state legislatures are specifically and exclusively charged with establishing the standards for appointing their electors.

So... valid ballots under the relevant state statutes and regulations are the only ones that should be counted.

I predict that there will be many suggestions and statements about the law made here, and some of them will be spectacularly wrong. - jhe888

Yes, it's complete and utter bullshit. The man never got a fair shake. The bullshit he had to deal with for 4 years.

And I believe in PA the law is the ballots need to be delivered by 8pm on Election Day. But then the election "officials" said 3 days after election day. How is that even remotely legal?

In fact Tuesday night Brit Hume was pointing that out and Juan and Wallace said it's open to interpretation. Brit said it's not even remotely open to interpretation, he looked like he wanted to tear them new assholes right there.

I already stated it earlier.
She’ll be VP for 2 years then Joe will step down on his own or be removed by his own party.
Harris then will be able to run for 2 more full terms.

I still believe Trump is going to eek this out.

I think he was good just now. Presidential, not inflammatory.

We know he is determined, and not giving up.

I'll bet he hasn't really slept since Monday night. But he was fine.

At least he let everyone know, he ain't going to quit. That the Democrats are cheatin' motherfuckers. And importantly, win or lose, we can't have this corruption in America.

He was right when he said it doesn't matter who wins--we look like a mockery with this election.

Bill Bennet, during a fox news interview, asked why don't we ever find a truck load of republican ballots? That is a good question. Never once in my lifetime have I ever heard of a republican vote dump.

He's not conceding. Too many instances of legal observers being denied the ability to observe the count (some measure of violence against them was inferred if I heard correctly in locations). The courts will be involved, the litigation will go forward where needed. And: the Nation deserves a fair and accurate election. Too many shenanigans in Democrat party machine states/cities. America deserves better. Get on-board with this, Dems. He had warned for months mail-in voting would be ripe for abuse and corruption; and he said so again. He took no questions but some dumb-ass in the room as DJT leaving was heard asking: Mr. President are you just being a sore loser? FU, I say to that guy.
