He laid out a Class IA resume, a flawless end of the year/term report, and the DEMs have ZERO, ZILCH, nothing. Because all they have done was 100% concentrate on getting Trump unelected, and nothing in regards to uplifting America. Which is why Trump can take full credit. Nancy Pelosi can shred Trump's State of the Union address, but she can't change his accomplishments https://www.washingtonexaminer...-his-accomplishments As President Trump concluded his State of the Union address and the cameras began to shift to the congressional audience, one last shot of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ripping up the physical copy of Trump’s speech drew attention. This moment, though brief, proved that tensions between the president and the Democratic Party are at an all-time high despite the fairly bipartisan nature of Trump’s address. The president focused almost exclusively on his administration’s accomplishments -- both economic and cultural -- and refrained from directing criticism toward the Democratic Party. He didn’t mention impeachment, which is expected to result in his acquittal tomorrow, or the Democratic Party’s failures in Iowa. None of this mattered to Pelosi, who wanted to make a point that Trump’s restraint would not change the Democrats’ antagonism. This just goes to show that Pelosi knows she’s been beat. Impeachment failed, the Democratic Party is eating itself over Iowa’s primary divisions, and Trump’s approval ratings are growing. She can shred Trump’s speech, but she can’t change results. And the results are what voters will remember heading into November. _________________________ "Sometimes I wonder whether the world is being run by smart people who are putting us on or by imbeciles who really mean it." That did seem very calculated and intentional -- timed just right for the cameras and all. She had a pretty smug look about her on that second rip, lemme tell ya. God bless America.

Pelosi was talking to someone pretty much all night. Pence kept sliding his chair away from her so I am not sure who it was. That lady needs mental help. I think this was one of Trump's best speeches ever. .....never marry a woman who is mean to your waitress.

If this was unclear to anyone it better be damn near clear now. Awesome speech, absolutely truthful and accurate. Not bipartisan unless you hate America “Forigive your enemy, but remember the bastard’s name.” -Scottish proverb

The wife and I concur, a magnificent speech, delivered with conviction. President Trump loves America and is working tirelessly for us. We were truly overjoyed when Melania presented Rush Limbaugh the Medal of Freedom. There were so many exemplary moments in the speech, a work of art delivered by the greatest president in my lifetime. Thank you President Trump from the bottom of my heart.

Pelosi's pathologically idiotic paper partisanship https://www.washingtonexaminer...c-paper-partisanship With her pathetic partisan decision to rip up her copy of President Trump's State of the Union address, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi gifted Trump a new election advert on Tuesday. You can see the campaign ad now. It begins by showing Democrats on the Senate floor, proudly claiming their impeachment trial is about serving the nation's bipartisan interest. Then we see Pelosi standing up and slowly, repeatedly ripping Trump's speech in half. We then jump to a shot of Trump celebrating Tuskegee Airman Bri. Gen. Charles McGee and his great-grandson. We then see soundbite of Trump proclaiming his economy, and its record-low rates of minority unemployment. Suddenly, Trump's less than auspicious conduct toward Ukraine is forgotten. Thus follows the question: What on Earth was Pelosi thinking? While Pelosi's paper antics will surely earn adoration from the Democratic activist and donor base, they are unlikely to earn Democrats many new claps from independent voters. Because they paint the picture of a party that is far more concerned about partisan pageantry than it is about the nation's better interest. And in a week where Democrats have already detonated a thermonuclear size public relations bomb under their first primary contest, the party's credibility is suddenly looking very weak. Trump needs two things to get reelected: voters to focus on his economic record and to forget about his extreme personal insults. If he does so, he can win the Rust Belt and Midwestern states that secured his victory in 2016. We have many months yet until November 2020. Tonight, however, Democrats came across as pathological partisans. And Trump came across as a Republican who cares about minority unemployment, criminal justice reform, and keeping the nation safe. Sorry, Madam Speaker, the paper gamble ain't going to pay off. _________________________ "Sometimes I wonder whether the world is being run by smart people who are putting us on or by imbeciles who really mean it."
