It looks as though, worldwide, resentment and rebellion against lockdowns and other severe restrictions are on the rise. The fact that so many politicians exempt themselves and their families from the masking and other restrictions they place on those they regard as inferiors isn't helping.

As I've said quite a few times throughout this thread, I wish long life to all these confused, meddling busy bodies. I mean it. I want every last one of them to live a long life, so that one day, they will look back at all of this and come to realize how incredibly foolish and wrong was their behavior. I want them to live long enough to be deeply embarrassed. At least, some of them will come to that point. There's no point in trying to get through to them right now. They've been brainwashed thoroughly, and they like it. Some of these people have been waiting their entire life to play cop, and now that it's here. they are not going to let the chance to feel what it's like to have power pass them by.

Regarding the "crisis" in Idaho discussed a few days ago, it's arrived here with a vengeance this week. Our little hospital has every inpatient bed taken (85% of them are Covid admits). ER is holding two, and any further overflow will be put in our pre-op/recovery area. To top it off, not one hospital in MT, ID, or WA (including Spokane and Seattle) are accepting any transfers. It's getting crazy out there.
