Cardiac side effects of RNA-based SARS-CoV-2 vaccines: Hidden cardiotoxic effects of mRNA-1273 and BNT162b2 on ventricular myocyte function and structure

Abstract

Background and Purpose

To protect against SARS-CoV-2 infection, the first mRNA-based vaccines, Spikevax (mRNA-1273, Moderna) and Comirnaty (BNT162b2, Pfizer/Biontech), were approved in 2020. The structure and assembly of the immunogen – in both cases, the SARS-CoV-2 spike (S) glycoprotein – are determined by a messenger RNA sequence that is translated by endogenous ribosomes. Cardiac side effects, which for the most part can be classified by their clinical symptoms as myo- and/or pericarditis, can be caused by both mRNA-1273 and BNT162b2.

Experimental Approach

As persuasive theories for the underlying pathomechanisms have yet to be developed, this study investigated the effect of mRNA-1273 and BNT162b2 on the function, structure, and viability of isolated adult rat cardiomyocytes over a 72 h period.

Key Results

In the first 24 h after application, both mRNA-1273 and BNT162b2 caused neither functional disturbances nor morphological abnormalities. After 48 h, expression of the encoded spike protein was detected in ventricular cardiomyocytes for both mRNAs. At this point in time, mRNA-1273 induced arrhythmic as well as completely irregular contractions associated with irregular as well as localized calcium transients, which provide indications of significant dysfunction of the cardiac ryanodine receptor (RyR2). In contrast, BNT162b2 increased cardiomyocyte contraction via significantly increased protein kinase A (PKA) activity at the cellular level.

Conclusions and Implications

Here we demonstrated for the first time, that in isolated cardiomyocytes, both mRNA-1273 and BNT162b2 induce specific dysfunctions that correlate pathophysiologically to cardiomyopathy. Both RyR2 impairment and sustained PKA activation may significantly increase the risk of acute cardiac events.

US Government Pays 2 More People Injured By COVID Vaccines

The U.S. government has paid two more people who were injured by COVID-19 vaccines as it faces the prospect of being forced by a court to improve a program for victims.

The U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), which runs the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), issued the payments to two people who suffered heart inflammation after COVID-19 vaccination.

HRSA disclosed the two payments in its most recent update, which includes data current as of Oct. 1.

Both people experienced myocarditis, or heart inflammation, after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. HRSA has declined to disclose which shots the people received.

One person received $4,183 and the other received $4,934.

HRSA did not respond to requests for more information.

To date, six people have received compensation. Five suffered myocarditis. One suffered anaphylaxis, or severe allergic shock. The total payments amount to $17,711.

React19, a nonprofit, in contrast, has paid $750,000 to injured people.

While the CICP has paid six people, and has approved 26 other applications for payment, it has rejected 854 claims. More than 10,000 others are pending.

Americans diagnosed by doctors with vaccine injuries are among those who have been rejected, according to records reviewed by The Epoch Times.

"The CICP has over 11,000 claims, 97 percent rejection rate, near-impossible standard of proof, and no transparency in the application process," Ms. Dressen said. "The program is a failure."

And to be clear, before we even get there, let me be the first to say that the pool of taxpayers footing the bill for those injured by COVID Vaccine, ought to be those that got, promoted, endorsed and/or mandated the COVID Vaccine, NOT those of us smart enough to realize that the experimental clot-shot was a bad idea in the first place, and refuse to get one!

First the dollars need to come out of the personal coffers of the individuals who promoted and approved all of this mess. Personally bankrupt the Faucis, the politicians, and the pharma execs who pushed this. Then take the assets of the pharma corporations involved. And take the assets of the media corporations who failed to do due diligence and promoted the jabs. Lots of individuals lied many times, and they should be held personally liable.

But, even having said all that, I think the injured should be told, "Tough Luck. You took an EUA experimental drug which clearly means you have no recourse for harms done".

Poll: 1 in 4 Americans Know Someone Who Died From COVID Vaccine

Several recent polls suggest that Americans are increasingly wary of COVID-19 vaccines.

A new poll found that about a quarter of Americans believe someone they knew died from COVID-19 vaccines, while another recent survey found that a growing number of Americans are increasingly wary of the shots.

In a poll from Rasmussen Reports, it found that about about a quarter of Americans, or 24 percent, "believe someone they know died from COVID-19 vaccine side effects," said the pollster on Nov. 2. About 69 percent said they do not know anyone who died from the vaccine.
About half of Americans, or 47 percent, said that they know someone who died from the COVID-19 virus, while 49 percent said they don't know anyone who died from the illness, according to Rasmussen.

It added that "among those who say someone they know died from the COVID-19 virus, 41 percent also say they know someone who died from side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine."

"By contrast, among those who say they don’t know anyone who died from the virus, only nine percent (9 percent) say they know someone who died from COVID-19 vaccine side effects," Rasmussen said.

The pollster noted there were no differences in politics in the questions. Some 25 percent of Republican voters said they know someone who died from alleged vaccine side-effects, while 24 percent Democrats and unaffiliated voters said the same. Government employees who were polled were "more than twice as likely as private sectors workers" to tell the pollster that they know someone who personally died from the side effects.

About 42 percent said that if there was a significant class-action lawsuit against pharmaceutical firms for side effects related to vaccines, they would "likely" join the suit, according to the poll, which noted that 24 percent said it would be "very likely" they would join. Forty-seven percent of respondents said they would not join the lawsuit, and 11 percent said they aren't sure.

The slippery Daily Mail spent most of the article’s column inches ‘debunking’ the notion that mRNA vaccines impact fertility, mainly because the CDC said so. But I’m not sure fertility is the entire reason why some women are wanting unjabbed … fertility materials. After injecting as much doubt as it could about the swarming “Unjabbed Sperm Donors” Facebook group, the Daily Mail finally had to admit that, “anecdotally,” its diligent reporters did find plenty of examples of women seeking unjabbed specimen donors in online ads.

But it doesn’t prove anything! At least not to the Mail’s reporters, who presumably feel unfairly left out because they can’t qualify for the Unjabbed Sperm Donors group, and so they just feel totally discriminated against. Stupid conspiracy theorists.

Or, it’s another covid miracle; the startling rise of an entirely-new industry that didn’t even exist three years ago. How about that? And all we men had to do was not get a shot.
