Absolutely unbelievable! But it’s not really, is it? This Justice Department keeps proving how absolutely corrupt it is.

You have to be a US citizen to work at a defense contractor like SpaceX or you violate ITAR and can be fined or even do prison.

This makes absolutely zero sense; so the Biden Justice Department Regime is forcing Elon Musk to violate Federal law?

It doesn't make sense at all. But this is the biden administration where nothing makes sense

https://www.cnn.com/2023/08/24...iring-scn/index.html

The suit goes on to allege SpaceX falsely claimed in its job listings that only green card holders and United States citizens could work at the company because of federal export control laws.

There are specific laws — such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations — that apply to companies manufacturing spacecraft and rockets and limit foreign nationals from accessing key information about the vehicles for national security reasons.

But the new lawsuit states that regulations such as ITAR do not prevent SpaceX from hiring refugees, whose “permission to live and work in the United States does not expire, and they stand on equal footing with U.S. citizens ,” according to the DOJ.

“Our investigation found that SpaceX failed to fairly consider or hire asylees and refugees because of their citizenship status and imposed what amounted to a ban on their hire regardless of their qualification, in violation of federal law,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division in a statement.

Who is Kristen Clarke?

She wrote a rather controversial paper in 1994 when she was at Harvard

The paper was a response to those who defend "The Bell Curve"

From her 1994 paper:

"Please use the following theories and observations to assist you in your search for truth regarding the genetic differences between Blacks and whites.

One: Dr. Richard King reveals that at the core of the human brain is the "locus coeruleus" which is a structure that is Black because it contains large amounts of neuro-melanin which is essential for its operation.

Two: Black infants sit, stand, crawl and walk sooner than whites.

Three: Carol Barnes notes that human mental processes are controlled by melanin—that same chemical which gives Blacks their superior physical and mental abilities.

Four: Some scientists have revealed that most whites are unable to produce melanin because their pineal glands are often calcified or non-functioning. Pineal calcification rates with Africans are five to 15 percent, Asians 15 to 25 percent and Europeans 60 to 80 percent. This is the chemical basis for the cultural differences between Blacks and whites.

Five: Melanin endows Blacks with greater mental, physical and spiritual abilities—something which cannot be measured based on Eurocentric standards."

Clarke now claims her 1994 paper for the Harvard Crimson was meant to "express an equally absurd point of view,"

Elon is a smart guy; I’m sure he has very good lawyers on the payroll. This is a big nothing burger and will only serve to pull the curtain back a bit further exposing the corrupt Biden administration a bit more.

https://www.breitbart.com/poli...an-view-malibu-home/

Hunter Biden, who is embroiled in a tenuous legal position, reportedly downsized to a $15,800 a month ocean view Malibu home, a substantial cut back from his previous $20,000 a month California residence.

While the national average rental price is just north of $2,000 a month, Hunter Biden, the first family’s business rainmaker, pays $15,800 a month for a beautiful residence on the Pacific Ocean, the Daily Mail reported.

Hunter Biden’s new home is a three-bed, three-bath compound with panoramic sea views, built on a cliff in a gated community. The rental’s listing calculates the home’s square footage to be 2,500, with an estimated value of over $4 million.

The property’s listing describes it as having “mesmerizing ocean views that are the ultimate backdrop for dining alfresco or stargazing over the shimmering Pacific” and a “vastly open floor plan, beautiful wood-beamed ceilings and large windows that give the illusion of being fully immersed and in total harmony with nature.”

The house also boasts a luxurious kitchen and a “guest studio with private balcony overlooking the ocean that creates the perfect artistic space.”

For Hunter Biden’s protection, the Secret Service reportedly rents a home nearby for $16,000 a month, which reportedly enjoys an ocean view and a hot tub.

I think a 48 square foot "home" would be much more appropriate for him.

The SS doesn’t rent the $16000 a month house; the taxpayers do. I wish that piece of shit would hurry up and OD on something. Who knows… the news might even send “the big guy” into cardiac arrest.

Elon Musk:

SpaceX was told repeatedly that hiring anyone who was not a permanent resident of the United States would violate international arms trafficking law, which would be a criminal offense.

We couldn’t even hire Canadian citizens, despite Canada being part of NORAD!

This is yet another case of weaponization of the DOJ for political purposes.

Well, if this doesn't push people to rebel, nothing will.

Biden plans to ask Congress for funding to develop new COVID vaccine, may require shot for all

By the way, I'd like to see any person, any organization, any civil or legal authority compel me to take their "vaccine".

There is no need to point out to anyone here the reasons why they're pulling this shit again, but I have to say I would not have guessed that they would have tried to do it, because the rate of compliance will be abysmal.

The Rule of Law? Leftists do not recognize such foolishness.

And that is why, ultimately, there is only one way to deal with them. It has always been this way and it will always be so, and that's their choice.
