I see that Time magazine has named Slow Joe and Kamalhoe their "Persons of the Year." You know, because they did so much as compared to the man who pushed to get a vaccine in unheard of time, brought Israel and Arab nations to sign peace agreements, etc. Of course, not surprising, but not just Slow Joe, but Kamalhoe, too, - the ultimate participation trophy winner?

Heard it already. Was a lie then. Just as much a lie now. Does he really think people believe what comes out of his mouth.

"Persons of The Year", the least deserved "honor" since the Obama Nobel Peace Prize. BIDEN is already an acronym for Biggest Idiot Democrats Ever Nominated.

Time magazine’s “Person of the Year” evidently causes so much angst among some because they don’t understand what it is intended to do (other than boost sales of the product by generating heightened interest in a publication that would otherwise be largely ignored).

First, it is NOT is an “honor.” It’s not like a Nobel Prize, an Academy Award, or even Joe’s Diner’s Employee of the Week certificate. This is from Wikipedia that is also based on the magazine’s own definition of the designation:

“Person of the Year (called Man of the Year or Woman of the Year until 1999) is an annual issue of the United States news magazine and website Time that features and profiles a person, a group, an idea, or an object that ‘for better or for worse... has done the most to influence the events of the year’.” [Emphasis added.]

Men of the year have included Adolph Hitler and other despots, not because even the journalists of the era necessarily thought they such swell fellows, but because …, yes, they had done the most to influence the events of the year. And of course that was the magazine’s opinion; it’s not binding on any of the rest of us. I might think that all the anonymous poll workers who fraudulently changed enough votes to affect the election should have been designated Person of the Year, but I’m not the one making that decision.

We have many things we could be justified in being disappointed about this morning, but who Time picks to profile in that way is really no more important than who General Mills decides to put on their Wheaties boxes.

Am i misremembering, or have you explained this in the past (Perhaps when it was Nasty Pelosi or some else most of us would consider equally odious)?

I do suffer from CRS, and it’s gotten so bad that I have trouble remembering what the S stands for sometimes and have to just shrug my shoulders and say “something?”, but every once in a while a synapse fires. Wink

Besides- When was the last time you held or read Time Magazine?

For me I haven't touched one since Time slandered Ariel Sharon in 1984.

Joe Biden ditches ‘healing’ and ‘unity’ talk to post picture of his dogs mauling a chew toy in Trump’s image

Biden dogs Champ and Major Biden's "Instagram Page". No plausible deniability here, the dogs did not post this shit. It's on motherfucking Would-Be-President Biden's conscience and it's indefensible. I read elsewhere the pic is credited to Biden daughter Naomi.

And the dog will get better....just saying.

Maybe there is a "voodoo" doll Biden in New Orleans?

Sounds like Biden isn't in good health in his victory speech, I wonder if he's got the Rona?

Naomi Biden died in 1971 in an MVA. I am guessing he has a granddaughter who took the same name.
To me that is unusual if it is true. Who knows???

Normally I wouldn't care about such pictures but if you're going to say and want to heal and play nice don't be a hypocrite. Even if it's his granddaughter the post has been up for a few days so it could have been removed.

Did y'all hear his speech tonight, nothing about healing there, plus many factually incorrect statements. I'd say lies but he's incapable of lying at this point, he just reads what is on the screen in front of him. It'd be like calling a puppet or ventriloquist doll a liar.

Biden implied Trump has both abused - and won't let go of power, saying "In America, politicians don’t take power — the people grant it to them," adding "The flame of democracy was lit in this nation a long time ago. And we now know that nothing — not even a pandemic or an abuse of power — can extinguish that flame."

... says the man stealing the election.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

This statement implies he had the wherewithal to steal an election.

The election was stolen by many little bits over the last 8 months. Changes from absentee voting to SPAM mail in balloting; COVID restrictions on poll watchers; dominion voting machines; classical D election fraud; record low rejection rates of ballots; and lack of chain of custody.

I don't think Biden was curling his mustache and doing an evil villain laugh, I think it was a decentralized effort to do anything at any level to get rid of Orange Man Bad.

Biden is too far gone mentally to get the irony. His handlers are pathological in their dishonesty so statements like that are no trouble at all.
