Biden’s Niece Dodges Jail Time After DUI Guilty Plea

Caroline Biden has avoided jail for the third time after she recently pleaded guilty to an August 2019 DUI incident.

The President-elect’s niece crashed her car into a tree last summer and was sentenced to between 20 days and six months of “confinement” following her December 3 hearing, as reported by the New York Post.

The sentence was lessened to five or more months of probation and 20 days of rehab after she reached a plea deal with the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania district judge. She will also face a fine of less than $2,000.

“She will be on probation,” said Director of Communications for Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office Kate Delano to the New York Post. “Should she then violate or break the law at any time, then she will be on the hook for the rest of the sentence.”

The Post reports that Biden’s car had carisoprodol and lorazepam inside and a blood test found both drugs, as well as others, in her body at the time of the car accident.

The plea deal is the third time Caroline Biden will avoid prison after allegedly committing a crime.

In 2013, she was arrested for hitting a police officer after a fight with her roommate over rent payments. She was let off, agreeing to attend anger management classes, according to the reports.

Four years later, Caroline Biden had another run-in with the law after spending over $110,000 on a stolen credit card . A felony charge was dropped, and instead, she plead to a lesser charge of petty larceny and…she avoided jail time.

20 days of rehab. That is less than your average NFL player.LOL With her apparent benzo addiction we are talking 90 days residential minimum. Must know the Judge. This impulsivity does not go away without profressional treatment. She just might end up dead next time. Soma and benzos. Bet she does opiates too.

The value of the card, the item she physically stole, is how a plea deal could be made.

Not saying it is right, and not saying it dismisses the $110,000 theft by conversion.

But if she were not charged for that, she would not be tried for that. If she were charged for the theft of the card, she could be able to plea it to petty theft for the value of the plastic.
What, maybe $0.oo2 ?

Hate the player, not the game.

I hope I never have to be accountable for the actions of one of my nieces or nephews.

Yes, she may have been allowed to skate because of her last name, but that’s not Pedo Joe’s fault unless there is some evidence demonstrating his involvement. If there is any fault, it’s of the people making the decisions about her cases. And as being discussed in the “debt to society” thread, avoiding proper punishment for crimes these days is hardly limited to people with famous last names.

CB’s antics might have been worthy of a separate thread for those who are fascinated by such things, but I like to come to this one to learn things about its actual subject, Pedo Joe, not some distant relative. Anything new to report about him?

Innocent until proven guilty rather than guilty until proven innocent.

On the other hand, from my lawyer friends, it it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and waddles like a duck, it's probably a duck. Maybe dishonesty is part of the Biden culture.

Addiction here for sure. Runs in families just like criminality. Parents and family members lead by example. If we are speaking about ONE family member that is one thing, more than one is a trend.

https://www.breitbart.com/poli...ed-event-reimagined/

President-elect Joe Biden’s inaugural celebration will be considerably smaller as organizers have canceled the parade that traditionally takes place after the ceremony.

In a U.S. Army email obtained by Jon Nicosia, participants were informed the event will no longer be happening.

“The Inaugural Parade has been canceled,” it read.

“The Active, National Guard, Reserve, and Academy marching requirements have been deleted and are no longer needed.”

The information from the Presidential Inauguration Committee (PIC) was called “definitive guidance,” according to the email.

The development is the latest indication that Biden will be sworn in in a low-key way, assuming the Republicans’ expected attempts this week to challenge electors proves unsuccessful.

She's clearly a fuck-up and she'll fuck up again, maybe soon, and hopefully not be able to get away with it, but I hope no one besides her pays the price.

She has had problems for years. Here is an article from eight years ago:
Uncle Joe is making her life a living hell.

Friends say Caroline Biden is a “hot mess” with a history of booze and pill addiction — and she blames it all on the tremendous pressure she faces being the vice president’s niece.

“She would complain about it all the time,” a confidant, socialite Paul Johnson Calderon, said without a hint of sarcasm.

“She’s surrounded by a lot of people who use her because of who she is. Guys would want to date her because of who her uncle is.”

Cops were called to Caroline’s luxury rental apartment in Tribeca Tuesday morning when the 26-year-old allegedly went on a violent rampage, screaming and pounding on the doors in a fight with her roommate over unpaid rent. Caroline was arrested for taking a swing at a female cop.

The Georgetown University grad resisted going into a holding cell at a precinct station house and was transported to Beth Israel Hospital in a rolling chair — bizarrely with a towel covering her head.

But Calderon said he wasn’t surprised by her wacky antics.

Caroline Biden’s bizarre arrest Tuesday in Tribeca after a rent dispute with a roommate.
“The pressure of being Joe Biden’s niece made her totally unravel,” he said. “It’s a desire for attention, a cry for help. She’s a very complicated girl who has a lot of feelings and a lot of issues.”

Caroline’s father, James Biden Sr., is the financier brother of the vice president. Family members have now grown so sick of her erratic behavior they have cut her off financially — sending her off the deep end, Calderon said.

“Her family has turned their back on her. She’s been abandoned by the family because they think that she’s nuts.”

Calderon, speaking from a sober-living facility, said he ended their friendship because he felt that he couldn’t associate with her while dealing with his own alcohol addiction.

“She’s a hot mess,” he said. “She’s like the Amanda Bynes, and I’m the Lindsay Lohan — but in recovery.”

Caroline, who works at the Higher Pictures gallery on the Upper East Side, was known to disappear for weeks and once squatted at an apartment where she didn’t pay rent.

She went to rehab while at Georgetown for alcohol and Adderall addiction, another friend said.

The university confirmed that she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in 2012.

Caroline’s dad paid the security deposit in August 2013 for her luxury pad that she subletted from NYU student Anne Marie Yacopetti.

Caroline Biden blames the pressure of being the niece of the vice president for her many troubles.
Patrick McMullan
Yacopetti’s mother, Marjie, claimed Caroline said she would pay the outstanding rent “when she feels like it.”

“It’s unfortunate that [Anne Marie] had to pay Caroline’s rent,” Marjie griped.

“We’re just little white-collar people here,” she said, adding that her daughter moved back to California to save money. “If you’re an elitist Biden, I guess you think you’re owed the world.”

Caroline’s other brush with the law came in 2009, when she was briefly detained by Amtrak police after a dispute over a train fare.

She felt that she was treated unfairly because of her last name and intended to pay the ticket on the train, a friend said.

The vice president’s staff did not return a call or e-mail for comment.

“They don’t wish to make any comment,” said a person answering the phone from the Biden family’s home in Pennsylvania.

Caroline isn’t the only wild child in the Biden family.

The vice president’s daughter Ashley, 32, was arrested for pot possession in 1999 and a “friend” tried to hawk a video of her snorting cocaine at a house party in 2009.

On September 20, 2013, the Post ran a photo of a person identified in the caption as Caroline Biden. The Post has since learned that the person in the photo was not Caroline Biden and had no connection to the report. We regret the error. (ARTICLE HAS PICTURES)

Here the thing. While some may not want to be held to a standard based upon what relatives do, when you facilitate their behavior, which based upon what we know about how slow Joe does business, we know has happened, you own it.

I’ll go as far to wager there is body cam video of “Do you know who I am”. People deserve the benefit of the doubt, but the Biden crime family has an international reach to get prosecutors fired. Do you really think they won’t/don’t do the same bully tactics in Jerkwater, USA.

Biden will select Victoria Nuland to serve as undersecretary of state of political affairs, according to Politico. She served as head of State’s Bureau of European and Eurasian affairs during the Obama administration.

Nuland, who is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution a liberal foreign policy think tank, played a key role at the State Department in the agency’s dealings with Christopher Steele, the former British spy who compiled the dossier on behalf of the Clinton campaign and DNC.

Nuland signed off on an FBI meeting in early July 2016 between Steele and Michael Gaeta, an FBI legal attaché in Rome who was Steele’s handler. Steele provided Gaeta with two memos about Donald Trump during the meeting.

Nuland also approved a meeting on Oct. 11, 2016 at State Department headquarters between Steele and her deputy, Kathleen Kavalec.

Slow Joe is now saying if you vote dim in GA, you’ll get a $2000 stimulus check.

But, there’s no voter fraud in vote buying. Nothing to see here.
