Very important interview by Tucker. "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown "The United States government is the largest criminal enterprise on earth." -rduckwor

Bobulinski said when he saw Adam Schiff claiming that emails to him were Russian disinformation, he told Biden camp to get that retracted or he'd go on record. (Mollie Hemingway) Part of the interview at https://twitter.com/i/status/1321263064319217665

adding: Hunter Biden is reportedly licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut. https://dailycaller.com/2020/1...atrick-ho-cefc-fara/ Federal investigators obtained a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant against one of Hunter Biden’s Chinese business associates, suggesting that the executive was suspected of acting as a covert agent of a foreign government. Prosecutors revealed the existence of at least one FISA warrant against Chi Ping Patrick Ho , known as Patrick Ho, in a Feb. 8, 2018 court filing obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation. Ho was charged on Dec. 18, 2017 with conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and money laundering related to CEFC China Energy contracts in Uganda and Chad. Ho had been an executive at the multi-billion dollar Chinese energy company prior to his arrest. Hunter Biden was part of a business consortium that sought a partnership with CEFC in May 2017. A Senate report released last month said that an affiliate of CEFC wired $5 million to Biden’s law firm from August 2017 through August 2018. In addition to his partnership with CEFC, Hunter Biden also represented Ho during his legal battle . According to a report from The New Yorker last year, CEFC’s chairman, Ye Jianming, raised concerns with Biden in summer 2017 about a possible investigation into Ho. Biden agreed to represent Ho and to find out the extent of the investigation , according to The New Yorker report. The New York Times reported in December 2018 that Ho’s first call following his arrest the year before was to James Biden, the brother of the former vice president. The Senate report also said that a shell company affiliated with CEFC called Hudson West III wired $1 million to Biden’s law firm, Owasco, on March 22, 2018. The payment was designated for “Dr Patrick Ho Chi Ping Representation,” the report says. The Republican senators who released the report asserted that Biden’s relationship with CEFC posed counterintelligence concerns, in part due to Ye’s links to the People’s Liberation Army and the Chinese Communist Party. The court filings in Ho’s case suggest that federal investigators had counterintelligence concerns about Ho. Investigators obtained a FISA warrant allowing them to conduct electronic and physical surveillance of Ho’s property, court documents show. “The United States intends to offer into evidence, or otherwise use or disclose in any proceedings in the above-captioned matter, information obtained or derived from electronic surveillance and physical search conducted pursuant to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act,” prosecutors said in the Feb. 8, 2018 court filing. Ho’s lawyers tried to block evidence obtained through the FISA process from being used at Ho’s trial, according to one filing submitted in his case. Prosecutors in the Southern District of New York, where the case was tried, responded in a court filing of their own defending the use of evidence from the FISA in Ho’s case. They did not disclose the basis for obtaining the FISA warrant or say when it was granted. The court filing also says that the evidence derived from the FISAs was classified. Ho was convicted in March 2019 and sentenced to three years in prison. On Tuesday, the National Pulse website published an audio recording purportedly from Hunter Biden’s laptop in which he referred to Ho as a “spy chief.” “I have another New York Times reporter calling about my representation of Patrick Ho – the fucking spy chief of China who started the company that my partner, who is worth $323 billion, founded and is now missing,” Biden is heard saying on the audio recording, according to The National Pulse. Hunter Biden indicated in text messages early on in his dealings with CEFC that he suspected his work with the firm might require him to register with the Justice Department under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). He wrote to a business associate on May 1, 2017 that they should form a U.S.-based partnership in order to avoid scrutiny under FARA or the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the law that Ho was eventually charged under. “We don’t want to have to register as foreign agents under the FCPA which is much more expansive than people who should know choose not to know,” Hunter Biden wrote to his then-business partner Tony Bobulinski on May 1, 2017, according to a message obtained by the DCNF.

As if this whole business weren’t murky enough, the “huge” Chinese conglomerate, CEFC, mentioned by Bobulinski repeatedly in the interview, went bankrupt in March 2020, and the CEFC Chairman, Ye Jianming disappeared and has never been seen again—presumed to be in a Chinese prison. To me it sounds as if there was not a non-shady aspect of these deals with everyone involved knowing that they were getting into bed with a shady maybe-quasi-governmental, quasi-private corporation. Turned out that “huge” CEFC did not buy a share in Rosneft, could not pay their debts and collapsed. It was, it appears, a Ponzi scheme. See the link below. One of the fascinating things in the article is that the NYT was actually reporting on Hunter and CEFC in 2018, including the involvement of Jim Biden in the arrest of Patrick Ho, now in prison for attempting to bribe officials in two African countries (Chad and Uganda). Biden Is Running a Protection Racket By Sidney Powell Joe Biden's big pitch is his promise to restore calm. It's a con. It's Antifa and Black Lives Matter — both on his side — that are stirring everything up. He's trying to run a protection racket: vote Democrat, or the chaos continues. Biden talks of calm, but it is not Trump-supporters storming restaurants and other public places across the country to demand obeisance to their agenda. Instead, from Washington to Kentucky to Florida, it is the "Black Lives Matter" movement — which Biden has made a centerpiece of his campaign — that has smashed up restaurants, threatened their owners, and demanded that diners raise the black power fist. As one headline put it, "aggressive mob of white BLM protesters threaten and film white diners at DC restaurants and DEMAND they raise their fist and show solidarity with them...or else." Biden speaks of tolerance, but it isn't MAGA people marching into our schools, newsrooms, and even corporate boardrooms to demand absolute allegiance; it's Biden-supporting leftists. As President Trump warned in his Independence Day address at Mt. Rushmore, if you do not "perform its rituals, recite its mantras, and follow its commandments, then you will be censored, banished, blacklisted, persecuted, and punished." Biden professes not to treat the other party as the enemy, but he demonizes his opponents whenever he opens his mouth. Just this week, he called Trump-supporters "chumps." And his supporters call themselves "the resistance" — a term ordinarily used to describe armed insurgency against an occupying military power. Biden speaks of mutual respect, but he demonstrates contempt, animosity, and rage at Trump-supporters. Let's face it: no one in America is afraid of going out in public while wearing a Biden hat. Biden accuses the president of sowing chaos, but small businesses across the country haven't boarded up their windows in advance of MAGA rallies. Biden decries deepening divisions but defends government-wide indoctrination sessions that preach tribalism and racism rather than unity and colorblindness. In the first debate, with the assistance of moderator Chris Wallace, Biden dismissed the spread of "Critical Race Theory" as "racial sensitivity training." Critical Race Theory is an explicitly Marxist academic concept that casts all white people as oppressors. It maintains that white Americans must stop valuing "white" things like "individualism" and "objectivity" and give up their "comfort," "relationships with some other white people," and even their "physical safety" to atone for their "complicity in the system of white supremacy." A recent Wall Street Journal column called it "a deeply ideological agenda that includes reducing people to a racial essence, segregating them, and judging them by their group identity rather than individual character, behavior and merit." Joe Biden just calls that "sensitivity." There's nothing new about the bad faith behind the Democratic appeal to "civility." What it really means is: no dissent from its views. Just submit. It started even before President Trump's inauguration. When Vice President–Elect Mike Pence and his wife went to see Hamilton on Broadway two weeks after his election victory, the cast berated him from the stage, haranguing the New York City audience to boo him. A Democrat restaurateur in Virginia kicked White House press secretary Sarah Sanders out. Crowds yelled "shame" at Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen as she tried to eat dinner at a Mexican restaurant in Washington. Democrat elected officials cheered the thuggishness on from the very beginning. Rep. Maxine Waters, in a typical display of civility, said that if you see Trump Cabinet members "in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd ... [a]nd you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere." If Joe Biden is really all about a return to civility, why is his national campaign co-chair Cedric Richmond, a top-ranking Democrat who defended Waters's shocking call for public harassment, disturbance of the peace, bullying, and shaming? The truth is, Biden has gone all in on division and hatred from the moment he launched his campaign with complete lies about the president's remarks on the violence in Charlottesville in 2017 — remarks that included the words "I'm not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally." As it turns out, the president's prediction at that juncture — that if you pulled down Robert E. Lee's statues, they would come for Washington and Jefferson next — proved entirely correct. The violence that day in Charlottesville would eventually pale in comparison to the violence accompanying leftists' attempts to take over our cities and pull down our monuments — while Biden and Democrat mayors and public officials joined in marches or watched their cities burn. The fraudulent Biden campaign has no policies, no proposals, no plans to do anything but divide America to facilitate the return of Biden and the Democrats to power to enrich their friends and themselves at the expense of "we the people." Unified patriots are their greatest fear. Don't be fooled by Biden's sanctimonious rhetoric. He is not the Fire Department. He is the arsonist lobbing Molotov cocktails. Just a reminder of what Joe has said about all of this: Joe Biden is asked by Mike Allen about Hunter Biden's lucrative job for Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company: "I don't know what he was doing. I know he was on the board. I found out he was on the board after he was on the board. And that was it. ... I trust my son . [to give me a cut]." "Some things are apparent. Old Joe, I keep seeing videos of him challenging folks to push ups or a fight outside. I would love an old ironworker to just walk up and punch him in the face. Last thing that slapped is face was some aqua velva and he needs a little "tune up" as my dad would say. On another note, this is the first election that my dad wont vote in, he's in assisted living now. That hurts. (RI resident so his vote doesn't count anyway) Would love to be chatting on the phone with him about all this.
