| Unfortunately, he is facing a civil suit. And I think they can be filed one after another? Penny needs to countercharge that lowlife's lowlife father with, maybe, "defamation of character?" I don't think these scummy lawyers would take that case since there is no big chunk of a cash settlement for them to grab. Maybe a lawyer can comment?
