jsbcody - think you may be leaving a piece out that is causing some confusion. I think you need to explain what happens at the beginning of a trial as well.

The purpose of the jury is to be the finder of facts which are in dispute by both sides in a trial, whether criminal or civil. As the facts come to light during the criminal trial process, it may become apparent that there is no evidence to support some charges or support additional charges. The judge then instructs the jury that if they find certain elements to be true base on the evidence giving during the trial then they must rule a certain way.

At least that's my understanding.

BLM’s little sideshow is over. Rioting and looting may not go the way they think it will. Personally, I’d love to see some hellfire’s fired into the homes of people like Soros, Schwab, etc for fomenting treason in my country. The world would thank us for eradicating globalist trash.

^^ I had Rittenhouse in my mind for the entirety of this trial. But, I had far less faith in the NYC jury than I did his.

Maybe, just maybe, this country is turning a corner.
