I think she came in carrying a TS clearance. But the contractor should be answering many difficult questions on the issue. How did someone with no need-to-know have such ready access to this information? Why were there no controls in place to prevent people from nosing around in documents where they had no need to be? But what I'm wondering is, who pointed her to THAT specific document? I didn't read it, but others have said it's short on facts and contains a lot of speculation and supposition. Sounds to me like that document was written and filed away there.
