Wow, my hat off to you, 12131. Amazing generosity.

ETA: should member who won have a history here (time or post count)? This might be needed to prevent people previously were not members, heard about this deal and join forum to claim.. unless you don't care about that?

Very generous of you! It's going to be pretty interesting to see how recently some of these people will have joined SF.

I escaped from California to Oregon in 1976 when it was conservative. Too many Californians moved here and the legislature and governor are very liberal. The liberals in the Portland and Eugen areas outnumber the rest of the state. They are doing their best to turn Oregon into another California. Washington is going the same way.

Great karma 12131.

Just sold our house, escrow closes in two weeks. We have leased a short term apartment a couple of towns over to allow us to start hunting for a house in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Hopefully before the end of the year...

Wow... This is crazy generous. I applaud your generosity, and hope it doesn't get out of hand.

Maybe you should add a date of membership or something, so it's only for current members so you don't get a bunch of people signing up just for the karma who otherwise would never join us.

You are a far more generous man than I, another example of why this is the best forum on the net.

You have some fantastic karma coming your way, man. But you're not dying, are you? Just a little concerned because you've been karma-ing away a lot of sigs recently.

Very very nice Karma!
I live in the Great State of Mississippi and have Great Governor who is very Pro 2nd Amendment, so I don't qualify.
Yogi Bear ( Vern & Deb) have been looking forward to moving to Texas for a couple of years now and I am Glad to hear they are almost ready to make that move.
When I first started on SF many years ago .. I talked to Vern on the phone and by Emails ... and somewhere in there we talked about coffee and our mutual love for it. Next thing I know my mailman has a Huge Box for me ... filled with several different flavor of Hawaiian coffees!
Expensive to buy and equally expensive to ship back to Mississippi to hubby and myself!
What a great guy and his wife.
Congrats to Vern & Deb on their upcoming move to Texas AND the 228!!!

Just an added Funny story ...
when Sig came out several years ago .. with the Sigarms Hoodie ... I ask Vern what sizes him and Deb would wear?
He laughed and said ... Donna ... we live in Hawaii .... we don't need any Hoodies ! Smile
Loved that!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most Sincerely,
Donna

WOW, unbelievably magnanimous and genuinely awesome karmatic spirit on display here.

I cannot partake, being in only a "half-free" state, but I absolutely wish much positive return to you for your graciousness to others.

Thank you for your concern. I appreciate it. Nope, not dying, or even ill. The Lord bless me with good health and a most wonderful and loving family, with a roof over my head, and food on the table everyday. Can't ask for anything more than that. Material things are nice, but least important of all. Cool

WOW, just WOW. With so much family here in and around Chicago-land, I don't see me convincing the wife to move anytime soon, but I will keep this in mind.

While I'm stuck here behind enemy lines, I'm doing my best to change things here at home. We have CCL (which I am a certified trainer) and I'm doing what I can to get the right people into office to get this place better.

I don't live in a free state, but I'm holding my own here with a CCW. The handgun roster, 10 round mag limit, and assault weapon ban is particularly irksome, but I don't see myself moving just yet.

Great karma!

Woo hoo! I'll check back with this thread in 15 years. In the meantime I'll have to satisfied with my CCW and 10 rounds.
