Would we qualify for His & Her Sigs.
Hopefully we will be in Texas by middle of summer.
What kind of proof do you require that we have moved?

Woo Hoo! New Texan. Cool

When you've already moved, you will obviously be located in a free state, and your FFL will be in the same area (non-commie). Wink
Just let me know when you're settled down and are ready to receive it.

Define "permanently" please? Seems to me one would have to move to a free state, kick the bucket there, and be buried there to be considered "permanent". I am hoping you have a less rigid definition. Eek

Man, you're making it difficult.
If you're going to a free state for a vacation, that's not permanent.
If you're going to a free state for a temp job, that's not permanent.
If you're going to a free state for whatever reasons, with any intention at all of returning to your commie state, that's not permanent.
The point here is that you just can't wait to get out under tyranny for good. Wink

Wow! This has to be the Mother Of All Karmas! Awesome, 12131.

(Can't qualify, as I live in a mostly-free state, which has been trending toward more free. I do not mind at all Wink.)

12131, I appreciate your generosity, but you are setting yourself up to be scammed. Sorry, but that's the truth.

"All you have to do is a be a member here and tell us you've moved out of one of these states, and I'll give you an item worth hundreds of dollars."

That is a recipe for being ripped off and for a huge mess. You need to establish clear guidelines that require proof and that leave no room for doubt.

Texas hill country? So...close to Austin.

I would be happy to be part of a verification process. There are a few of us down here. We could have a group dinner. 12131 could drive down and transfer the gun in person. Thoughts?

Eek Eek What a super duper generous Karma, wow!

We are planning to get the Hell out of California when I retire, 4 to 9 years. Who knows, maybe sooner.

Not in the running for this Karma, but this is very cool and very generous. Take Para's advice, get verification.

Wow, very generous, and amazing.
Texas born & raised here. Wife moved here from CA back in '08 & her brother moved here from CA in '15. Trying to convince her parents to do the same, once her dad retires.

WOW! What an amazingly generous Karma! If that doesn't sway at least a few to escape their current bonds - I have no idea what will!

Good luck (and good move) to all that qualify!

Also, please do not move to Central Texas. We are full.

You da man.

I'm out obviously. Can't get much more free than Utah (at least in regards to firearms). Got out of NJ in 2005 and never looked back. Good luck to everyone.
