Yeah, I’m thinking the General unholstered one of his Colts while an aide dragged the Queen off, saving his sorry ass life.

I don't care how many degrees he has, nor where he achieved them. Doesn't matter, because this stunt shows that he's impulsive and stupid. He should be working in some drag queen club, selling blowjobs for cash.

In addition to all that this freakish dolt had absolutely no reason to go to baggage claim, he never checked a bag on his flight from DC. So why did he even go to baggage claim in the first place? This should be a slam dunk felony conviction but this happened in the land of George Floyd and Keith Ellison. So how long has this piece of shit been going to baggage claims and randomly stealing shit!

My guess is he did this so he could chew all the crotches out of the underwear. He seems to like dog play.

September 16: Sam Brinton arrives at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport without any checked luggage.

He took a suitcase with contents valued over $2,300 from the baggage carousel and took it to a hotel room in St. Paul.

September 18: Brinton returns to the scene of the crime at the airport and boards a flight to Washington DC.

October 9: Brinton returns from a trip to Europe at Washington DC's Dulles International Airport with the stolen suitcase.

Later on October 9: Brinton is contacted by an officer with the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport police in which they initially denies.

what the F?!?
Le'me get this straight....this clown, took a women's suitcase in MSP, a few days later flys back to DC, then uses the same bag for a trip to Europe.
THREE WEEKS later, IT is contacted by MSP police conducting an investigation on a missing piece of luggage?

1. This guy is a freak, the poster definition for confused and lost.
2. What police department has an active investigation on Mrs.Nobody's missing luggage?!?

I'm not sure what you're asking here, but in the post it say 'MPLS-St. Paul Airport PD'.

Not only did they investigate the allegation of theft, they retrieved the video, trawled through it, identified the suspect, established that they did not travel with any luggage of their own, located and arrested him/it/them, and recovered some of the property (valued at $2300) belonging to (in your words) 'Mrs Nobody'.

I'd say they did a pretty good job.

Besides the adventure that this piece of luggage took, the point I was making is how many police departments actually take the time and interest, to investigate a luggage theft? I mean seriously, how many bags go missing at luggage claim and never, ever do they see resolution? I've traveled quite a bit, airport PD are more concerned about vehicular traffic flow, medical issues, boundary security and TSA involved issues.

This is great for MSP PD however, this is unusual, I've never seen a baggage claim desk give any shits or, concern, merely fill-out this form and we'll contact you if something comes up.

I imagine he'll plead guilty to a misdemeanor. Imagine having to go to trial with these outrageously clumsy lies, such as "Yes, it's someone else's bag but when I opened it up, it had my close inside," which he shortly changed to a different and only slightly less preposterous story. No judge, no jury would believe that shit.

So, it'll be plead down to a misdemeanor, he'll plead guilty and resign, and the Biden administration will immediately have new clowns lined up to take his place and to take the jobs of others.

And probably why this piece of shit low life has gotten away with this criminal behavior for so long. Yeah, this wasn't this freak's first rodeo. He obviously has a lot of fetishes, and stealing a stranger's luggage is clearly one of them.

Turns out Otis was in town for the Out for Undergrad Engineering Conference at the InterContinental St. Paul Riverfront hotel.

His attorneys have filed a request that all his court appearances be done remotely due to financial and travel logistics between DC and Mpls. I'm assuming this will be granted even though Otis was making $178G's a year and seemed to be doing nothing but travelling prior to all this.

Warning another freakish photo in link. P.T. Barnum would have known exactly what to do with this freak show.

An anonymous letter was sent to OPM Deputy IG in Feb 2022

link:

https://www.exchangemonitor.co...2/ig-letter46100.pdf

The letter was signed "Long serving public servant at the U.S. Department of Energy"

part of the letter :

"Samuel Brinton has no prior federal government experience, no executive management or operations
experience, training, or skills, nor does he meet ECQ criteria or the fundamental SES competencies.

His background is limited to select advocacy work and an academic background at the
graduate-degree level which together satisfy requirements for the competitive placement of a
qualified GS-11 in federal career service, not a high-standing member of the SES."

That pretty much aligns w my impression, but this letter writer is much more qualified than I am to make that claim.

Brinton has claimed he helped michele obama pick out shoes ("no joke") so he has that going for him.

I’m not being a jerk but I’d have to be up on charges. I simply could not take commands from anyone of that persuasion. I don’t hate, just don’t want anything to do with their likes.

This is commonplace in this wacko Biden admin.

I'd Love To Change The World
Ten Years After Lyrics

Everywhere is Freaks and hairies
Dykes and fairies
Tell me, where is sanity?

Tax the rich
Feed the poor
Till there are no
Rich no more

I'd love to change the world
But I don't know what to do
So I'll leave it up to you

Population
Keeps on breeding
Nation bleeding
Still more feeding, economy

Life is funny
Skies are sunny
Bees make honey
Who needs money? No, not poor me

I'd love to change the world
But I don't know what to do
So I'll leave it up to you

Oh, yeah!

World pollution
Is no solution
Execution
Electrocution
It's black and white
Rich or poor
Them and us
Stop the war!

I'd love to change the world
But I don't know what to do
So I'll leave it up to you

I thought this guy was supposed to be highly educated. How stupid do you have to be to commit a second identical crime while being under investigation for the first charge? How out of control does your life have to be to be to give into this impulse? It's really no different than having a deputy secretary that is addicted to alcohol or illegal drugs or pain killers.

So apparently this incompetent deviant has a habitual compulsive fetish. Yet another exemplary Biden regime diversity hire demonstrating the incompetence of the entire administration. Roll Eyes
