He had a warrant for his arrest; “fugitive from justice” would include this all the way through actively avoiding capture.

I have leftists in my family. This is one of the few alphabet people that my leftist people don't get furious when you mention mental illness. He's only mentally ill because he steals luggage and clothing. All of his other behavior is ok to my leftists.

In jail with no bond. Finally, some actual justice. Even if it's a very short time, this is justice. He's been an agitator and troublemaker for a long time, and to hear that he's not just prancing out of a courtroom after getting a fine or suspended sentence is immensely gratifying.

Here's the last paragraph of the article, what I am referring to;

"Brinton was arrested at approximately 10 p.m. last night in their home on College Parkway," Goff added. " They are being held in the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit on a no-bond status as they await an extradition hearing. That’s all of the information we have on our end."

"They" are in the hoosegow, and that is all that matters.

Maryland records show the charge was "Fugitive From Justice - VA" Code 8888

I believe that means Virginia had a fugitive warrant for Brinton. Brinton lives in Maryland.

“They are being held at the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit on a no-bond status as they await an extradition hearing,” an MCPD spokesperson explained.

"The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police are lead on this." Perhaps that is related to Dulles airport in Virginia
