Very nice. I wish the fuel mileage was better, but Toyota builds a very nice truck.

Congrats, except for the fuel mileage you'll love it. When I got mine I thought the back window was a gimmick I'd never use but it's probably my favorite feature. Driver's window up or down with the back down there's really no noise in the cabin but tons of fresh air. I've also been known to let it down at a red light with a different brand truck behind me just to kinda say "your truck doesn't do this"

I've never leveled any of my three but I do know it easy and cheap, I believe a shock change will level it so you can run 18's with real tires. The Tundra forums have gone way downhill the past few years but there's still a ton of info on them.

I bought a truck I don’t care about gas mileage. I never actually calculated my mileage on the Expedition.
I did look at the life MPG average when I was at the dealer today and it was 14.2 mpg.

I have not looked at the forums much just some FB groups. The 275/70/18s I have which is a 33x11 are supposed to fit at factory height.

Eventually I’ll put a nice set of Coilovers on the front and raise it about 2” to match the rear. I don’t tow much so I don’t need the full rake.

I do plan to take it off road a bit so a little more height up front will be helpful.

That's a really good looking truck!! I'm always a bit envious when I'm riding in my Silverado and pass a Tundra with that giant rear window down, and I have my piddly little 12" slit open.

After one or two more rides and you're tired of the chrome cupholder trim blinding you, check out ajt designs. They have chrome delete parts for the interior.

My ‘17 Crewmax has the same drivetrain. Cool
You’re going to love it. Congratulations!!
Over the last 3 fill ups, my mileage has been 15.7 mpg. That includes towing a light but full trailer, and hauling a bunch of “stuff” during our recent move. And I’m not easy on the gas pedal.

FYI- When the “miles remaining” gets down to “low fuel” and the fuel light comes on you have about 8 gallons - approx 100 miles left.
Look up H4 Beamtech LED headlight bulbs and throw the halogens in the trash where they belong. They don’t hyper flash, don’t overheat and are 1000 times whiter light.
The numbered wheel on the left lower dash isn’t you interior bulb brightness,(that’s done by turning the odometer reset thingy), its the headlight level adjustment. With a full load of bodies, gear and maybe a trailer you can just dial down the headlights and not be ‘that guy’ and not have to get a screwdriver to adjust the lights.
ENJOY!

I am leaning towards Fox 2.5s up front leveled about 2” and Fox 2.0s in the rear with no lift.
I am intrigued by Ironman 4x4s Foamcell technology as it is supposed to have awesome road manners but still perform well beyond anything I will be doing off-road.
They seem to have quite the following in Australia where they are from and picking up steam in the American Land Cruiser world now they have a USA contingent. They make a kit for the Tundra but have no replied to an email I sent asking specific questions.

The tires are shot on this thing. I actually looked at the sidewalk today to find they are 33s (275/60/20).
I have a set of 33s 275/70/18 I pulled of the Expedition planning to reuse on the Tundra but did not plan on buying a Limited with 20s.
New 33s for the 20” rims will be about $1200 mounted, balanced, and aligned.
New to me 18” Land Cruiser 200 wheels will cost be $950 with new TPMS, my tires mounted balanced and aligned.
I am pretty sure it will be much easier for me to sell the 18” tires than it would the 20” wheels and worn tires since it is vehicle specific and the tires most certainly need replacing.
So I am leaning towards just doing tires for the 20s. A bit more sidewall won’t really add much for My off-roading needs I don’t think.

I don’t ever calculate gas mileage and don’t ever let it drop below 1/4 tank so not too worried. I have started using an app that is getting me back about .29 a gallon. It takes a little work as it is based on your location. I am sure the app tracks you and sells information. As for that I loaded it up on an old device I do nothing with. Only turn it on when I need the app so nothing for it to track or sell. Other than where I maybe when I need gas.

I am so glad you informed me about that knob I was getting pretty pissed that the display was not adjusting when I spun it.

So how do I actually adjust the dash lights??????

Ohh and If I have not mentioned it the roll down back window is great.
Forget resale, forget added reliability, being able to roll down that back is worth every cent over another truck of the same age and mileage!!!

What Mark said.
The odometer change/reset isn’t just a button, it’s a knob for adj the dash lights.

Congrats! thats about what I will be looking for soon.

I traded my Tacoma in for a new family hauler.
I was getting a little tired of the manual trans, and they offered me 25K trade in on a truck I paid 34K, after driving it 3 years & 60k miles.

I'll drive the wifes old Honda Pilot until I find the right deal.
They offered 9K on that one, paint is peeling and has 100K miles.Didn't expect that either.
They had their new vehicle discounted over 5K, and below the TrueCar average sale price, so it was a legit offer.

Let us know how you like the Tundra...I had a T100 years ago, never owned a Tundra...yet.
