I agree with what Parabellum just posted. I watch documentary style presentations on YouTube about the rise and fall of civilizations. There are common threads in each to the others. These threads are emerging in our civilization. Without hyperbole I think we are witnessing the fall of Rome in the United States. When Rome had decayed enough that there was nothing left of the culture worth fighting for, her neck was exposed for predators to tear. Yeah, it used to be that they dealt with heretics by stacking wood in the town square and burning the blasphemers at the stake. Now days, the heretics get doxxed and cancelled.
