Our daffodils were up yesterday. Won't be up for long. York, PA, according to the map, is looking at 10-16"

They're predicting 3-6 inches for eastern Iowa starting Sunday night.

Thinking positive, 1) I needed to drain the gas from my snow blower, and 2) I have that new CRV AWD.

Yeah, ours been blooming for about 3 days. That will end tonight or tomorrow.

Forsythia blooming for 2 days around here. Downtown has lots of blooming trees like flowering crab apple. They will get slammed too.

Anyone else not ready for this?

I'm all for it. Snag me a day of work. Maybe two. Great timing, too, since this is the last full week before spring break, so two consecutive short weeks is fine in my book before a week off is fine in my book!!!

That's unfortunate, sorry to hear it.

It was 60º two days ago. Perfect.

Tomorrow I will be making sure the gas tanks and cans are full. I have not removed the snow blower from the tractor yet so I'm good to go there.

Great, work has already been slow. Looks like 10-16" for me. That's 1-2 days off work with no pay. Already used my vacation to cover slow time. Fuck.

It was 75 degrees here Thursday, and it's snowing this morning. We've got a couple inches on the ground here so far, but it's winding down.

Here's to the sunny slopes of long ago.

My area is saying 12-18 inches with 50 mph winds. I always have Tue & Wed off. I always work overtime so I wish the snow would come on days I typically work, (or not at all) but nooooo, has to be on my off time. Our dogs love it though.

I remember that one. Then it was sunny and 70 the next week and you'd never know it happened.

Mrs. Mike's flowers just poked outta the ground and started blooming...

so last night I got up and covered them with a sheet to maybe keep them from freezing...

this morning about an inch has fallen but the ground is too warm for it to stay...

Gonna be a drag. I have to go to NJ for the week. I'll be driving down Monday so I won't be making the drive in that but I do have to commute from the hotel in the stupid little VW my employer owns. At lease it has snow tires.
