I see a huge increase in donations in the NRA's future.

Admittedly, law school was quite a while ago, but I don't recall leadership changes or dissolution of an independent otherwise legal entity as a remedy under the law.

If the NRA violated laws, she can prosecute them and the criminals will go to jail. If they violated a civil statute, she can sue them and get a monetary judgment. She has no power to force via law a change of an employee. She's overplayed her hand and made her end game so obvious that she's going to fail before she even gets started.

Seeking to disband it, is a stretch, but folks have been complaining about the financial shenanigans for years.

If WLP and company end up in jail, so be it.

She can do this, because the NRA is chartered in New York as a not for profit. The Attorney General has jurisdiction over not for profit entities that misbehave. She has alleged that they have mis-spent their member's money and has sued them on that basis.

We'll see what happens.
