Same here. This is a non issue for me especially if it helps cut down on your work Para.

I will admit.. I thought it was due to my mobile browser app.. but it took all of 3 seconds to realize that a change had been made, requiring additional info.

I had to jump through a hoop or two. I was directed to confirm by approving an email to an address I scrapped due to spam long ago. Figured that part out, reactivated the email, had the cert reply sent again and all was well. I wanted to avoid spamming admin if I could.

The security push of the last 2 months has made me very tolerant of efforts to make it harder for scammers, foreign government, and quasi government efforts to breach security.

Confused for a moment but with all that’s been posted lately about the scammers I figured the required fields of city, state, and country were a result of the thieving SOB’s. Wasn’t a minute to figure that and fill in the required spots. Thanks for watching out for us.

I received the prompt and updated my info but I'm retired and no longer have access to my work email. When I tried to update my profile with my current hotmail email address it wouldn't take so what's the solution?

Post this in the Office section of the forum and someone will be along to fix it . Same happened to me and suddenly it was all fixed.

Email me at the address in my profile. Email me from the address you want to use, and include your forum username when you email me.

Thanks for putting United States and Canada at the top of the list unlike the websites that make you scroll through most of the alphabet to click on USA.

curious, if you (para) audit, and the person logs on at work , and the work computers go thru a different state, will that kick a member out?

I was prompted just now. hit submit and it told me my country was missing, so I filled that in. No problem.

Just updated mine. I got scared last night when I was trying to log in using my phone and I got the prompt. All good now.

Done.

I was required to enter the city, state, and country.

Didn’t realize I’d never entered USA as part of my location. Updated and smooth sailing.
