The Evil Queen fully states that mask requirements have the force of law.

Queen Andy of the Buttshears hath decreed thou shalt wear a mask,

Starting tomorrow at 5 p.m., Kentuckians must wear a mask or facial covering in indoor and outdoor public spaces across the state. Governor Andy Beshear announced the news this afternoon at his press briefing in Frankfort.

“Today, I signed an executive order that is, starting tomorrow at 5 p.m. I’m going to mandate that Kentuckians in public in certain situations must wear a facial covering or a mask. What this means is that all customers in all retail facilities must wear a mask. In grocery stores, must wear a mask. In most forward-facing businesses, must wear a mask. If you are indoors and you can’t get six feet from individuals on anything that’s not covered, you must wear a mask. Outside, if you cannot be six feet away from another individual, you must wear a mask.”

Nope not gonna do it. Requiring face masks three months into a pandemic is like requiring condoms at a baby shower.

When some “Karen” yells at me telling me that I have to wear the face diaper, I’m going to reply saying that I’m in a “medical control group” that is testing the efficacy of the experimental vaccine for the CoVid,and that has been divided into 4 groups:

1) those who have received the vaccine and don’t have to wear the mask;

2) those who haven’t received the vaccine and don’t wear the mask;

3) those who have not rcvd vaccine and wear mask;

and

4) those who have rcvd vaccine and do wear mask.

Guess which one I’m in?

Sounds to me like visitors to the state don't have to wear one -- just the Kentuckians. Razz

Had b'fast with a couple of buddies at Denny's this morning. Now mind you, even in the great Lone Star State, Governor Abbott misplaced his ball sack someplace and signed an E.O. mandating the wearing of masks. So I get to Denny's (sans mask, of course) and there are about 8 signs on the doors as you walk in, "No shirt, no shoes, no mask, NO SERVICE" (shoulda snapped a photo). So I just walk right in, see my buddy at the table, and plop my fat ass down.

Now the rules about restaurants, is you have to walk in and to your table wearing a mask, but once you sit down, you can take the mask off. And if you get up to go to the bathroom, for example, you have to mask up. Now what kind of phukked up logic is THAT?!? I didn't know we were dealing with an "intelligent virus" that doesn't permeate the boundaries of your table once you've sat down. Just AMAZING!!! Roll Eyes

So we get finished and walk to the front to pay. The manager stops me and says, "Sir...where's your mask?" "Ma'am...I don't even OWN a mask." Said manager looks at the sweet hostess girl (whom I walked past when I entered the establishment) and asks, "How did he get in here?" So this getting under my skin, I said, "Ma'am...this is all BS. What business owners need to do is gather together and tell Lina Hidalgo to take a flying leap into a pond". She mumbled something about "$1,000 fines".

IDGAS......

I think that there is an exception to the mask mandate for medical reasons.

The whole thing makes me sick to my stomach. Does that qualify?

Sad to report: Beer Fest is cancelled. But what the hell, just visit any of our multitude of craft breweries and be your own beer fest.

Queen Andy “does not care what people think” about his ruling. He is truly the weird kid on the playground that none of the other kids would play with because he’s so weird.

That’s what is most attractive to the teenage girls and soy boys about Andy. He’s that booger eating petulant child that has been given a little power.

The problem with enforcement that Im sure many are aware of is (well, one of the many problems), in KY, TX, and like most states, is that the mask orders have to be enforced by businesses upon their patrons....how stupid is that!

Businesses runt he risk of alienation and losing customers, and now the manager of Dennys is deputized to issue fines, or is it more likely that the businesses will get fined...

I’ve also noticed a central theme in the Queens supporters. They have zero self control in how they conduct themselves online. They have to get in an “orange man bad” shot when talking about masks. And while they have no self control, they desperately want the Queen to control and rule you.

Since you raise that issue...
A Republic is a government of free men, who exhibit self control and respect for the rights of others.
The question of our era is: Do we still have enough people capable of self control to keep our Republic?

Here in NC the stores can not do anything other than refuse entrance or ask one to leave because the mask requirement is NOT a law and there is nothing for police to enforce or charge. So unless these other states have some actual law or legal mechanism to bring charges against an individual, then it is the stores that could end up being fined.

I've heard 24Hr Fitness has filed for chapter 11. As members lose their locations, I wonder if they will blame government as the cause or to wuflu.

I wonder if businesses are blaming gov or wuflu. If they blame wuflu, they are getting what they deserve.

Another day, another presser and another edict from the Evil Queen:
No mask - No service!
From henceforth, businesses must deny entry to anyone who is not wearing a mask. If they fail to comply, they lose their business license. And mask scofflaws (like me) face a 500 fine for non-compliance.
And outdoor mask use is required in area where you cant social distance.

Yep, Gov Fuckstick did all the same stuff here in Washington last week. I think our fine amount is different, and they also threatened up to 30 days in jail.

I'm so sick of this shit. I've left a number of places immediately upon arrival because of the mask thing. I imagine at some point, it will turn into an interaction with the police. This is not the America I was raised to believe existed. This is something else.
