Looks like attempted murder (with a skateboard), to me. One grown man swinging at and hitting the head of another grown man on the ground defending himself, while he was retreating - no less.

This image alone ought to negate that murder charge entirely.

Tried to see if this was posted previously.

Don Lemon is not having a good week. He interviewed Jacob Blake's parent's and did not get the expected answers to his loaded questions. Priceless looks on all faces as they talk about Trump.

Emotions get the best of us some time. Especially anger. And I figure that’s where you are coming from. There’s nothing in that picture that would support attempted murder with a skate board. It’s most definitely assault, maybe even felony assault, and damn sure is exculpatory evidence for the shooting that is coming.

But, it’s not in any way attempted murder based upon the photo.

Probably 25% of the mob harassing RNC attendees in DC were teachers.

Has ANYONE said that if Jacob Blake followed the orders of the police, (like one is supposed to do...) that he would be alive today, and NONE OF THIS SHIT WOULD HAVE EVER HAPPENED?

Anyone?
Anyone?
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Me. Of course I have common sense. Even as a teenager growing up in Chicago I did that. I was pulled over more than once both in my car and those of my friends. It never even occurred to me to hassle with the cops.

about the "round in the back", can't explain but:

Rosenbaum was running towards Kyle and closing distance

Kyle was running from Rosenbaum

At some point in the last second(s), Kyle turns to Rosenbaum

Rosenbaum was shot at point blank range while he was still moving towards Kyle

Rosenbaum collapsed immediately

Rosenbaum : red head piece, no shirt
Kyle : green shirt, white hat
McGinnis: black shirt

MCGinnis was filming the whole time and was only 20 feet or so away. His video will be important evidence. The charging document
included reckless endangering of McGinnis

interview w Rand Paul

https://www.breitbart.com/clip...e-f-you-up-kill-you/

video at link

Friday on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) rehashed his experience from a night early having been confronted by a mob of protesters near the White House in Washington, D.C. after the conclusion of the Republican National Committee.

“The threats were to f— you up, to you know, to kill you,” he said. “The threats were if they could get ahold of you, and I truly believe with every fiber of my being, had they gotten at us, they would have gotten us to the ground. We might not have been killed. We might just have been injured by being kicked in the head or kicked in the stomach until we were senseless. You’ve seen the pictures. Most of the networks will not show the pictures of this. This is happening in all of our cities. Its got to stop and thank God for the police.”

“Had we not gotten to the police, I truly leave that the police saved our lives, and we would not be here today, or we’d be in a hospital today had the police not been there,” Paul continued. “And I’d like to thank them if they’re watching this. We thanked them last night, but it was still. It was still a melee. They were trying to get people, you know, away from us even in the hotel. People were following us into the hotel.”

Legitimate question, if he knocked an officer down, instead of Kyle Rittenhouse, and started swinging at them with a skateboard, would it be a good shoot?

Jacob Blake is still alive - he is currently in the hospital. BLM folk are of course upset that he is handcuffed to his hospital bed.

Not the round in the back though. Not to me anyway.

There is still much we don't know. We heard gunshots not accounted for, perhaps from different locations. Maybe a bad guy, maybe a wingman was present after all. I'm hungry for the truth, but we'll all have to wait.

In the article on Fox Sen. Paul calls for an FBI investigation into who is funding their travel to riot. He is exactly right.

The Pauls were unharmed, but the senator is still calling on the FBI to make arrests and conduct an investigation into the "interstate criminal traffic being paid for across state lines" because people have already been killed in other cities.

"I believe there are going to be people who are involved with the attack on us that actually were paid to come here, are not from Washington, D.C., and are sort of paid to be anarchists," he said. "This is disturbing because really, if you're inciting a riot that's a crime, but if you're paying someone to incite a riot that person needs to go to jail as well."

vigilante (noun): a member of a self-appointed group of citizens who undertake law enforcement in their community without legal authority, typically because the legal agencies are thought to be inadequate.

It seems that if the government were doing it's job, there would be no need for vigilante. Kamala, please explain why there is a need for vigilantes.

So he was a 17 year old in possession of a firearm which is illegal in Wisconsin. But if he's a member of the unorganized militia that would be OK, correct?

I looked carefully at the video of that particular attack, and IMO, the perp was not merely swinging his skateboard at Rittenhouse's head. He was using force to shove the end of the skateboard to his head, a far different method of attack, and deadlier, more of a guillotine motion. Imagine the difference between swinging a 1"X6" board at someone to hit them with the flat side, and shoving the end at the head. Of course all of this armchair speculation, but judging by the commie's's past criminal record of felony assault, I'm sure he knew how to use a skateboard as a weapon.

FWIW: When I was a LEO, I took down a suspect that was trying to hit me with a skateboard, using aerosol CN ("Mace") and a couple of baton strikes, BUT I hadn't been knocked down onto the ground and had numerous other attackers closing in. If I'd been in that kid's place (under these circumstances), I'd sure as hell view the use of my duty handgun as a legitimate option and I can't think of a reason why I wouldn't resort to it.
