I only own a small Yeti cooler that I got as a freebie from Daniel Defense when I bought my DDM4. My choice is Pelican.

No, it doesn't: Yeti on Facebook

Just ignore/dismiss the signin/login pestering. You'll have to click on "View all NNN comments" for one of their own postings to see what people are saying. Some companies provide a visitor comment box. Yeti apparently does not.

Great idea! Folks that purchased Yeti products before they outed themselves can stop advertising for Yeti, with a well placed NRA sticker.
Somebody should do a YouTube: Yeti - NRA "reboxing" how to.

I got a Yeti 35 cooler a few years ago to transport fresh halibut & salmon to my in laws in Georgia. The size is perfect, as it meets the size requirements as a standard checked bag. With gel ice packs, it keeps the fish fresh across the country. Maybe a "Got SIG?" sticker would replace the Yeti logo.

I’ve got one worse for you. My favorite LGS was one of their original dealers in the Tampa Bay region, and they have sold high volumes of Yeti products. The same day this info was released, they received a message from Yeti stating that their store was no longer authorized to carry Yeti products. Coincidence???

Any other of your LGS’s have a similar experience?

Wow. Sounds like they're going full retard.

Yep. And even with a small amount of thought one might come to the conclusion that urbanite liberals and activists are not really the outdoorsy type, so pissing off your key sales demo in favor of these un-American urban agitators might be a very bad idea. The people who run these companies are not only mindless but apparently nutless as well.

And one last thing. If RTIC or one of Yeti's other key competitors were smart, they'd be releasing an ad campaign next week announcing their new corporate relationship with the NRA and its members, and a trade in policy for Yeti coolers for those looking to get rid of them. Then in a month or so they could film a video of a huge pile of Yeti coolers being burnt to ashes with the caption..."They did it to themselves, because they turned their backs on you".

So when are all of you who already have Yeti products and are so appalled at the way they choose to run their business going to be throwing the products away that you have?

I mean, I see all of the pitch forks, torches, and bull horns. Put some power in your dissatisfaction, drop the product back at the corporate doorstep or ship it back to them. Let them really see and feel the outrage you have. Don't just be an empty echo chamber, kick it up a notch.

I am guessing no one here will be shipping, dropping off, or throwing away anything they already own. Way to stick it to them. Your stern emails will become fodder for jokes at future meetings and Christms parties. Carry on.

I'm checking to see if stainless steel can go into the township's "single stream recycling" program. I'm guessing not, but am checking anyway.

Failing that, two tumblers are going back to Yeti in flat form. I realize it's purely symbolic, it will not hurt their bottom line, and will actually cost e a few bucks, but I'm OK with "purely symbolic."

I've been looking for a reason to try the Costco-sold clones, among others.

My 30 oz tumbler was a gift from my granddaughters, so I'll be keeping it. Covered in NRA, Sig and Glock stickers.

Instead of wasting money by throwing stuff out and buying new or shipping stuff back how about taking that money and donating it to the NRA.

Yeah, because throwing away money will show 'em, alright! Roll Eyes

No, I won't be doing any of those things. I guess withholding future business will have to do.

How does throwing a product away that I bought 4 years ago going to send any message? They don’t get a royalty every time I use it. And since I’ve never taken it outside of my house it’s not even a form of advertising for them.

Actually if anyone did see it and asked me about it I’d tell them that it’s a great product but not worth the price since RITC, Ozark Trail, SIC and others are every bit as good.

Saw this posted in the 'comments' section over on another forum for SHITI Coolers.

Great story and a fun 'basement' business for these guys.

So for anyone keeping their product from the company that shall not be named, here's a solution to cover-up that 'blemish' on your cooler.
