Watching the Tigers have their way with the Mariners while enjoying some Butcher's Cut Straight Bourbon Whiskey from the Detroit City Distillery served on the rocks. Really good stuff.

I'll be the odd man out. I'm drinking carbonated water. Last December I came to the realization that I was drinking WAY too much. I stopped cold turkey. Since then, I lost 15 lbs. and feel great now.

I would live to lose 15 lbs by quitting alcohol, like Lunasee did. The problem with that plan is that I have maybe two or three drinks a month, so eliminating those probably won't make any difference in my weight.

I'm 6'3" and hovering around 210 lbs. Wife and I were joking about this; when we first met, fifty years ago, I weighed 155 and didn't cast much of a shadow on a sunny day.

Grumpy: I guess it goes with out saying that the Warlock is now a favorite over a skid full of Sam's Octoberfest in the Garage? Smile

Since getting into blacksmithing I can no longer store beer in my shop as the temps soar to 110+ when the forges are running & take forever to cool down afterwards.
So I have to make do with storing a few cases in our gym.
After having Covid OctoberFest tastes like crap.
That was crunching as it was about all I cared to drink .
