Tonight, I think that Jim Beam Black will be just right. Remember.......alcohol kills viruses, and the mouth is a natural port for viruses.....act accordingly!!!

Cold and wet in central Texas. For some reason this makes me thirsty for irish. So one 'mini' each of Bushmills, Red Bush, and Black Bush.

I've been on a Balvenie kick lately. They have a new (in my area) release that's a 12yo matured completely in new American oak. It is delicious. Balvenie is one of those malts that is better at a younger age (10-12) than it is older (15+). It loses something as it ages. Anyway it's called The Sweet Toast of American Oak, and it is one of the best single malts I've had in years. The Balvenie 12you Doublewood is also excellent, fyi,
