I've been on a Balvenie kick lately. They have a new (in my area) release that's a 12yo matured completely in new American oak. It is delicious. Balvenie is one of those malts that is better at a younger age (10-12) than it is older (15+). It loses something as it ages. Anyway it's called The Sweet Toast of American Oak, and it is one of the best single malts I've had in years.
