Venezuela: Military vehicles drive into protesters amid 'attempted coup'

This is why we have the 2nd Amendment.

Venezuela’s Tiananmen: Camera Catches Armored Military Vehicle Plowing into Protesters

News outlets broadcasting live from Caracas on Tuesday recorded graphic footage of an armored vehicle in control of forces loyal to socialist dictator Nicolás Maduro running over peaceful protesters called together by President Juan Guaidó to support soldiers who no longer answer to Maduro.

https://www.breitbart.com/lati...ing-into-protesters/

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

So, as a thought experiment, how would you take out a smaller armored vehicle like that, with the weapons were allowed?

Assume you can't steal blasting caps/dynamite, etc.

I suppose you can try to get the tires to burn, but I presume such vehicles have solid rubber tires.

Not easily with weapons. Not that difficult with some construction equipment.

Whatever happened to Molotov cocktails?
Do they not work against armored vehicles as we were always led to believe?

I was gonna say - there's gotta be an air intake somewhere, and that's how Russia lost a fair few tanks (5-6 Molotov cocktails were enough to at least stall a tank) in the urban fighting that was part of the first Chechen War.

If you rigged up small arms protection and could get close enough, you could have some real fun with a large excavator, but it would be a one way trip as they aren’t fast enough to escape. Maybe an armored (big) front end loader with chained down forks or an IT (Integrated Tool Carrier) with the same. Run in, hit ‘em from the side, lift & push, dumping them on their side, then back out of dodge. Once it is dumped on its side, others on the ground could make life very unpleasant, short, or both for the occupants. Armored cab, one on one or many on one, you might have a good result. One improvised attacker against many, prolly not going to go too well. Might be better off with just a swarm of folks with Molotov cocktails, or if you can beg them, a hellfire or three.

Pile enough people on the APCs and ghe folks inside have two choices:
Kill as many as they can before running out of ammo and then await the rebels' wrath or
Give the hell up, join the rebels, be heros of the revolution, and go home to boff the prom queen.

I only watched a few minutes of the footage but I happened to see one cocktail thrown and catch one of those trucks on the rear quarter panel area. A flame held on for a bit but the truck drove over to some sort of fire truck with a water cannon and was easily extinguished.

With helpful pictograms, too. Maybe slap some Spanish language translation stickers on it, if you're feeling extra nice.

If this is to be handled by the proper seasoned professionals, it will be RPG’s that we’re made in the 80’s, in storage somewhere in an African “republic” until recently where they were bought for pennies on the dollar with cash by a guy named “Steve” or “Bill” (no last name), and airdropped in at midnight from an unmarked plane with extraordinary engine and electronics upgrades.

Homemade pipe bombs are quite easy to make. Or...at least I've heard they are.
