what ??? no Masters Degree ? how can that be ? Smile

A few more years on a college campus where he could have been exposed to diverse ideas and professional educators could have made a great difference in his outlook. In a time when so many are getting that experience, doesn’t our democracy deserve better?

Education matters. Please listen to an MA who has experience in activism and working for social justice, and note the contrast with Elon Musk’s naive notions of free speech.

who is the MA ? oh, it is Shaun King: " At its root, @ElonMusk wanting to purchase Twitter is not about left vs right.

It’s about white power."

back to Richard:

Many are impressed with Elon Musk’s business accomplishments. Meanwhile, in academia we’ve been creating brand new disciplines like queer studies and Chicanx studies that raise Black and LGBT voices. Yet we worship spaceships because they represent whiteness in our culture.

xxxxxxxxxxx

Richard - go have drink w Shaun. He will explain it to you

That was a satire thread.. twitter is might not be for everyone.

Twitter's top lawyer is Vijaya Gadde. She is the key executive charged w overseeing Twitter's trust and safety, legal and public policy.

Her teams decide how to moderate content

Vijaya Gadde, the top censorship advocate at Twitter who famously gaslit the world on Joe Rogan's podcast and censored the Hunter Biden laptop story

Musk: Suspending the Twitter account of a major news organization for publishing a truthful story was obviously incredibly inappropriate

Gadde’s total compensation was more than $16.9 million last year

That’s up from the roughly $7.3 million she earned in 2020.

sounds like a real cost saving opportunity here

I’m sure Elon has a list and is checking it twice. Those people might want to be updating their resumes.

Musk seems to have figured out the perfect way to expose leftists- on the very platform that they belong to which reaches multimillions without MSM spin- hilarious!

Didnt Greg Abbot already invite him, as thats where SpaceX is. Did Tesla move to TX as well?

I think its hysterical that Musk hasnt done anything except agree to buy the company and the left is imploding in fear because they know what they did to conservatives can be done to them.

A new Project Veritas video.

The CMO is gonna be gone.

And Agrawal sounds like he is trying to save his job. Based on his past words and action, what a scumbag.

I signed up for Twitter in May of 2019 and was not terribly active. Then, as they started their tumble down the slope building towards the election, I pretty much abandoned it.

Being the eternal optimist that I am, I logged in today for the first time since. Seems they dumped the list of folks I was following and any followers I may have had, so starting fresh.

Will be fun to watch things implode as Elon takes over.

Agrawal and his "management team" are history. Musk already made the comment he had no trust in them, hence his change of direction to buy the company rather than being a shareholder and sitting on the board. It's clear these people are going to fight Musk tooth and nail every step of the way in what he wants to do with Twitter.

That guys name sounds like the sound you would expect to hear when a dog attacks and then gets sprayed in the mouth by a garden hose. I hope he loses his job and Elon is just fucking with him and giving him false hope.

There's definitely some strange stuff happening on Twitter these last couple days:

I used to follow her when I was on Twitter. When I signed-up day-before-yesterday, her's was the only Twitter handle I could recall, right away, so I searched on it.

She didn't show up.

Then, out of the blue, today, Tim Pool posts what you see above. As if by magic: TRHL was re-instated today.

Meanwhile, non-leftofacsists are reporting "magically" gaining literally thousands of followers instantly. Far too many to be explained by people like me re-joining and following them.

And now, the tide is turning...

Elon Musk condemns Twitter censorship of NY Post’s Hunter laptop story: ‘Obviously incredibly inappropriate’

Who is going to stop Musk from saying this on Twitter? Absolutely no one, that's who.
