SOP over at SGA. Scuttlebutt is that they do it to keep competitors from knowing how much stock they actually have and are selling for a given price.

5k Aguila .22 HV Plated

My poor UPS/Fed Ex Guy.

I already had like 3k of 556 laying around, I really bought it to flip it if things go bad this time around. Otherwise itll sit in storage for a while

(I dont shoot rifles much)

You are on 2ND or 3rd floor right? Does he bring to your door or leave in common area?

Either way I feel bad for him. Mine is only 60' from street to front door and I feel bad for mine.

One time I bought 4k rounds of 5.56, 2k of 9mm, and 2600 rds of .22. Got delivered over 3 days, two trips each day. That was my biggest bender I ever went on.

3rd floor but thereven is an elevator. If it's fedex they won't leave it by my door so I redirect the shipment to a pick up place. If its UPS they leave it by the door. I hope target sports uses ups

I've been trying to figure out which thread here has cost me the most money. SIGs, ARs, Glocks, etc. I'm thinking it's this one. I read it and an uncontrollable urge to acquire more ammo (you know just the stuff you have to have) comes over me. On to the Internet and I'll soon have another case of 10mm.

Interesting.
I am not particularly surprised that ammoholism can be cloak and dagger at times.

This is in the Can.

http://www.sgammo.com/product/...ripper-clips-made-de

I have two of them sealed and it is packaged very well for long term storage.

I do not know if it is reloadable because the primers are dimpled in the cases.

The plastic stripper clips are excellent fire starters.

I have gone thru two of these cans and have two sealed for storage.

That's unfortunate. I saw that checking out and was like, ah man.

I guess I will be hauling the heavy boxes myself to the car and into the apartment Big Grin

Over time, this thread will cost the most! Pistols category has cost me many thousands (especially of late when I "had" to buy a P210 after reading all about them), but no doubt this Ammoholics thread will end up costing the most!! Smile

I am now buying ammo for a rifle I dont own yet...

Ordered a case of that IMI M855 from SGA last night. Also ordered that PSA deal for 200 rounds of Speer 55gr GDHP and 10 D&H mags for $150.

That will probably be all the SD 223 ammo I order as it gives me 500 55gr GDHP and 1000 64gr GDHP. The rest will probably be reloads.

After my latest case of IMI M855 arrives this week, I am going to take a break for a few weeks and go bust some caps.

Someone needs to take SGAmmo offline. They're killing my credit card recently.

UPS just came and delivered at 8:01 PM.

I like this driver.
There is hope for the world.

Porch is dark and door open with security screen locked.

He says UPS and I go to the door and turn on the porch light.

Asked if he needs a signature as he holds this box in his arms.

He just says no signature but he waits and hands the box to me.

Then he says God Bless as he turns to walk away.
I say God Bless to you also.

It is just 200 rounds of 223 in a 30 CAL Ammo Can.

Life is Good!!

Wife said he was the driver that use to deliver my Tarceva Chemo Drug Pills and always would say God Bless.

I know I know I am a light Weight.
What is a new surplus metal can?
At least it says made in America.

Case IMI M855, case Prvi Partizan 145gr 7.62, case Prvi Partizan 158gr 9mm all showed up today...I'm running out of storage space. The shelving system I used claims 2k lbs. per shelf. We may be testing this claim before long.

The shelves on my tall metal cabinet are bending. Need to put in some supports.

Need to get to the UPS terminal to pick up 2K rounds of pistol ammo. Damn SGA.

Walmart actually had .22 on the shelves at what looked like a vaguely sane price. Does grabbing a few hundred rounds make me an ammoholic, or is that just being a gun nut in America at the end of O's second term?
