Actually it's been like Christmas around this joint lately. Just wish someone else was paying for the presents.

Going to take a couple of days off this week and try my hardest to get rid of some of this ammo. Then I'll just have to buy some more. But at least I'm trying to downsize, right? That counts for something.

It's all about clean living. Just do the right thing, and karma will help with the rest.

One 9mm load that as always intrigued me is the soft point, will it expand? Zip right through?

So much ammo and so little time.

Downsize in order to upsize.
It sounds like a plan.
It's kind of like up the down staircase.

I wonder if out in the hinterland, a member or a guest or two has looked at this thread and though not needing any more ammunition currently, ordered some anyway so they could join the party.

Come on in, the water's warm.

lbj, you are an enabler. God knows how many relapses you've caused with this thread.

Received my Palmetto order yesterday. 1400 rounds of .22 and another 6 AR mags.

Where are you folks buying your AR 10 and 20 round mags?

A little more than a couple of years ago, I got my AR10 mags from Donna Flanagan.

As far as AR15 USGI vintage 20rd mags, I cannot vouch for the seller but if they sell what's in the photograph, these look good:

My ammunition delivery is today.
Range day with oldest daughter is tomorrow.

I do feel very good! However, my delivery person does not share my enthusiasm.

It's rare but I once had a UPS delivery guy in Boulder who actually enjoyed delivering ammunition to me.
He would say he knew where to go if times went south on us.

Maybe I misspoke. Since we are banning certain flags these days (though I don't own one), perhaps we need to change the references to cardinal directions.
Instead of north, south, east and west, maybe it should be north, down, east and west.

Isn't that better? Well, uh no, it's not.

Instead of saying things went south on me, I can say things went down on me.
Whoa, that's not what I meant. Eek

I also fell into the trap. 4000 rounds of 5.56 due in today from Freedom Munitions. Now if my son will just finish the build on our 2 new AR's,we can go have some fun. I should not be so weak but what can I say except,"guilty as charged". Smile

I'm such an Ammoholic I'm now shipping ammo to fellow forum members..... Frown Eek

Copefree, if you get $300 worth of ammo delivered to your door, that's not another karma. I didn't check the shipping address and the company closed at 5PM.

@#%$#!!!!!!

I hope they can redirect the shipment.

What a great gesture... shipping ammunition to the membership free of charge.
Let me email you my address.

Mistakes happen and no one here would keep an accidental shipment.
They will let you know.

I know he wouldn't keep it. Worst part was I might have shipped it to his old address on top of it all, he just moved. Hopefully it can be recalled or addy changed. If not I'm sure we can work something out.

I'm such a freaking moron. Was jonesing for some ammo, in my Delirium Ammos I neglected to check shipping address Frown

Oh no!!

Even worse: the address you shipped it to is where we lived for 8 weeks while our new house was being built. It was a friend's house. She sold the house since then and will be moving out this weekend. The deal closes on Tuesday.

I have NO idea who bought the house or how to contact them.

Keep me posted man. I'll do whatever I can.

Something about when it rains it pours or whatever.

Hopefully I can get it redirected. If I can't it should arrive before she closes and you can pick it up and I can figure a way to return it.

If not I'm sure we can figure something out. If I end up inconveniencing you in some way, you'll have a package of some sort show up at your door as a thank you for your time.

I'm going to go ahead and bang my head into the wall for a bit for being too dumb/rushed to hit confirm.
