$4.79 for the cheap stuff at the local Costco yesterday. Been sitting at that price for almost four weeks now.

In my neighborhood it's currently $3.67.
But where I had a meeting it was $3.48 so even though I had a half tank, I filled up!

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

A month ago, gas prices in my area were so high that I was driving 45 minutes up into Wisc. because gas was .90/gal cheaper.

Lately, prices have stabilized and my local Costco ($3.77/gal) is only .22/gal higher than the places up in Wisc. ($3.55/gal), so it's not worth the drive.

Prices are from $2.99 to $3.19 in this area today. I presume they are for the lower octane rated.

Filled up the Duramax three weeks ago for $3.36. Today it’s anywhere from $4.29 to $4.69. Since I had 1/4 tank left, I parked the truck to see if it drops any in the next week or so. I’ll probably regret that decision.

I topped up our Expedition on Sunday. 2.999
Didn't even really need gas, just couldn't not fill up for less than $3.

Been driving my dad's 6.2 Denali Suburban, quite a bit thirstier than my little 2.3T Explorer.
