$4.34 to $4.57 in Iowa. Nobody seems to be driving less, though. Everything is busy and traffic is worse than usual.

I wonder what the high gas prices have done to sales of hybrid vehicles, if they're selling faster, if resale values are higher, etc.

I told the wife that it'll be a couple years from now but our next family vehicle will be a hybrid.

Biden's Energy Inflation Is No Accident

https://www.americanthinker.co..._is_no_accident.html

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

$4.49 here today. Highest I have ever seen it in my 67 years here. Something has got to give here soon. Between food and gas this country has never been in worse shape. I'm not going to blame people who voted for Biden because there wasn't enough of them. The liars and cheaters on the ground, the mules and the fraudsters are who did this to us.

They need to be rooted out and dealt with in the most severe manner but we know this will never happen. Buckle up folks by next winter it will be twice as bad.
