https://x.com/marklevinshow/st.../1912625504559280304 What you see if you click more DUE PROCESS, ILLEGAL ALIENS & THE KNOW-NOTHINGS You are hearing it in the leftwing press, in the Never-Trump editorial pages and columns, interviews with former federal prosecutors, and more -- you cannot and must not deport anyone without some kind of notice and due process. That's the American way. That's compelled by our Constitution. Yet, no matter how much I look, I cannot find anything from these people on how this is supposed to actually work. What kind of due process are they talking about? The kind of due process that applies to citizens? If not, then what lower standard suffices as constitutional due process? And who decides? Immigration judges? Federal district judges? I'm not done. Exactly how would due process, of any kind, be administered to millions and millions of illegal immigrants? We don't have enough courts of any kind in our country to handle the tsunami of cases that would be involved. In other words, our government could never process all these people -- meaning, a massive number of illegal immigrants would be able to stay here indefinitely. Effectively, this is massive amnesty. And how would we force them to appear in court in the first place? Even now, millions don't show up on their court dates. They just disappear into the population. This was all intentional. The border was opened to anyone. In fact, aliens were encouraged to come here and hundreds of thousands were flown into the country under a bastardized parole process, which was instituted by a Biden executive order in contravention of federal law. This is the Cloward-Pivens strategy: flood the system, overwhelm the system, break the system, and in doing so achieve your goals. The same people in the Democrat Party and the media, and their Never-Trump sycophants, who opened the border and solicited the illegal entry of millions of aliens into our country -- and who don't give a damn about any of the women who were sold into sex slavery and the hundreds of thousands of missing unaccompanied minors -- now claim to be concerned about due process when their objective is to prevent the deportation of the millions of aliens they brought here in the first place. Oh, and to those legal analysts on websites and in the media, rather than your self-righteous moral preening, why don't you lay out your legal and administrative program so we can all benefit from your enlightened wisdom on how to remove millions of illegal aliens who were illegally imported by the Biden administration.

Well more importantly under NY statute by declaring her primary residence outside of the state she is automatically ineligible to hold the office she is in. Now if she is ineligible, that means that she has been working under fraudulent circumstances. Would that have a bearing on any of the cases she has worked?

Just a quick note. Real estate lawyer here. When you sign your mortgage as your primary residence, it is a statement that is effective for a day. Meaning if you move the following week and get a new job, you don't have to change your mortgage to undo that you declared it your primary residence. Now it does have to be a true statement when you apply for the loan and close on it. Residency will often track based on what you list on your federal income taxes and voting and driver's license. Now the bigger nailed her is going to be the 5 unit that she said was a 4 unit. That they are going to nail her to the wall on, that is a big oopsie and likely done with the coordination of the mortgage broker. Here is the fun part. You hang the broker first and then get his emails with her that will show her intent on the other properties, then you can make hay in your criminal actions. Also, if she is filing homestead in VA that is going to be a whole lot of bad news if she is also claiming in NY for her job. This lady really kicked over a hornets nest and it will sting, no doubt about it. __________________________ The entire reason for the Second Amendment is not for hunting, it’s not for target shooting … it’s there so that you and I can protect our homes and our children and and our families and our lives. Didn't mean to leave you hanging. A 1-4 unit is financed essentially as a non-commercial loan (a lender should pop in here for details) a 4+ unit is financed as a commercial property. bottom line is rates are higher and underwriting is much harder. They need to make sure you are a real investor, not just a first timer. But to finance a 5 unit as a 4 unit, you essentially need to payoff the appraiser, and the mortgage broker and everybody need to lie their ass off on closing docs. It's amazingly cut and dry because the lenders require there to be no question as to whether it is a 4 or 5. There are very specific requirements for each. This falls out of the you knew someone and got good loan terms and falls into the bucket of you purposefully and skillfully executed mortgage fraud. here is the difference in trump's case and hers. He had bank attorneys reviewing the loans and making their own conclusions as to whether they accepted the loan values or not. The lender is represented. So if trump ushes the value of the properties to get better loan terms, he does so with their consent. If Letita submits fraudulent documents with little to no review, the lender is only as protected as the mortgage broker and appraiser are willing to push their licenses. Essentially, they all collude to steal the lenders money and give it to an unqualified borrower for terms that are not favorable to the lender. It's bad bad. a residential loan comes with the following certification in 99% of all mortgages in the uUSA CERTIFICATION The undersigned certify the following: I have applied for a mortgage loan. In applying for the loan, I completed a loan application containing information on the purpose of the loan, the amount and source of the down payment, employment and income information, and assets and liabilities. I certify that all of the information is true and complete. I made no misrepresentations in the loan application or other documents, nor did I omit any pertinent information. I understand and agree that Lender reserves the right to change the mortgage loan review process. This may include verifying the information provided on the application. I fully understand that it is a Federal crime punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both, to knowingly make any false statements when applying for this mortgage, as applicable under the provisions of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1014. __________________________ The entire reason for the Second Amendment is not for hunting, it’s not for target shooting … it’s there so that you and I can protect our homes and our children and and our families and our lives. Not sure exactly what you are getting at here. China's tariffs and internal distribution costs effectively double the price of imported products. If you look on the Chinese website vs. the U.S. website for each brand you can see it easily. Duty free shopping is extremely popular and Seoul Incheon Airport has the largest duty free shopping in the world precisely for Chinese customers that are only a short flight away. Duty free price is HALF the China price. I know this because I've been in China a lot, along with South Korea, and Japan. I know because I have done several new factory projects in China because we have to build there to sell there, otherwise our product is too expensive due to the tariffs. This is a B-to-B commercial product, not a consumer product. Chinese people with money and even those who can barely afford it love imported products and are willing to pay for them. Shanghai has the biggest multi-story atrium mall of nothing but designers shops in the world. Literally makes the Beverly Center Mall in Beverly Hills look like an outlet malll. And when they visit the U.S. they spend the majority of their time shopping because everything is cheaper, especially at outlet malls. Given the number of higher end cars you see on the road in China, there are plenty of people with money. China's middle and upper middle classes probably comprise more people than in the U.S. even though they are smaller percent of the country. Now, stuff made in China (or cheaper country) by Chinese brands for Chinese people is cheaper. Food, clothing, shoes, housewares, kitchen stuff, all of it. And that's because the average person makes like 20% of U.S. wages for the same kind of job. BUT the difference is not so much in the manufacturing cost because most US companies make this stuff in cheaper countries, it's the marketing, "business management", and other costs that are lower. In the U.S. we pay an obscene markup on clothes, which is mostly marketing and management costs. Cars in China are about the same price as in the U.S. if they are built in China. Imported cars are twice as much. Forcing China to lower it's tariffs on US goods will lower the price and increase the sales. That's better for Chinese people because they will get a better price and better for us because we will sell more.

The idea that illegal aliens enjoy the right of due process is based on the belief that everyone in the country should enjoy all the rights that anyone else enjoys.* If the Supreme Court rules/has ruled that that’s true, then I can only hope they will apply the same principle to the lack of due process in the application of Colorado’s “red flag” law—and many others—when/if they get to their attention. * And that’s nonsense of course. There are countless laws that apply to only certain people due to some particular status. ► 6.0/94.0 To operate serious weapons in a serious manner.

I had a client who had a property we sent appraiser out and he says hey there’s 5 meters and county records say 5 units but it’s configured like 4. I call client he says oh I converted 2 to 1 so it’s a 4 unit. Well you did it without permits bro. Go get it made legal and we will give you a 1-4 loan otherwise I gotta days this is commercial 5+ because of the unit count. And this went on for weeks. He finally disappeared and quit returning my emails and calls. He knew he was fooked cause San Francisco would never let units be taken out of the market and he was too cheap to pay commercial rates. This is kinda deep in the weeds stuff that real estate people get but average joe likely doesn’t The allegation of getting a loan with dad and applying or taking title as married is some weird stuff. We’ll see. One other fun story. Like 1999/2000 I was handling a deposit client so no loan info or personal info and notice he’s wearing a FLETC shirt. ( federal law enforcement training center) So I ask. And he says he’s a HUD investigator and does mortgage fraud on federal loans FNMA FHA etc. same arrest powers as a ATF or FBI agent. Now this was 25 years ago so not sure but then he says yeah there’s 8 of us in the country. Wtf.
