Decided to start prepping about 130 Winchester NATO 7.62 cases. I've been using commercial Winchester cases for a while now but think it's time to start prepping the military stuff.

Trimmed and resized about about 120 cases for my M14. Managed to score a box of 125gr Speer TNT's the other day, so I'm going to load another batch and see how they do again.

Tony.

150 rounds of 9mm and got the wet tumbler running.

I have about 30 pounds of grungy 9mm to resize and deprime for wet tumbling but I'm not sure I'm going to get to that today.

I'm a deplorable.

If you are running dirty brass into your sizing die, or won't be long until you need a new one of those. Save yourself future headaches and get a universal decapping die for $15.

Last night I loaded 60 rounds of 308. Today, I shot them. Did a box test on my Nightforce. Probably should have done it sooner, but it tracked like it should, so no harm done by waiting. I'm just making sure I dot all my I's and cross all my t's before joining that 600 yard range. Applied ballistics has a scope compensation thing for scopes that don't track exactly 100%, so I just thought I'd check.

Also shot up some 300BLK, 9mm, and 45. Had to try out the new grips on the 226. Love them.

The brass has been tumbled. The brass was highly tarnished and generally disgusting looking. I did 10 pounds worth of 9mm today. Probably going to get around to doing another 150 rounds after dinner.

Just another average week here. I did shoot more .357 magnum than normal so the cases needed to be reloaded. I loaded 300 9 mm and 250 357 magnum rounds today. For a change I didn't have any .45 to load up.

Tomorrow 10 cans of Titegroup should be delivered to my house. This is new powder to me and I am pretty excited to try it out. (I have no problem with high density or marks on my brass. I have patience, alertness and wet stainless steel tumbler for that)

So far I tried AA#2, CFE Pistol and 231 for my 9mm and 45acp loads.

What loads did you like for 9 and 45 with the CFE Pistol? I probably will run 6.2 Grains under my MBC 200 Gr LSWC for 45. Looks like that will make PF plus a little more for good measure.

I annealed 70 of my Lapua 308 cases this afternoon, got the Lee F/L die set up on the new Lee turret press to bump shoulders (What a PITA that was).

I have nothing I need to load for at this point.

Though I'm thinking about loading and shooting the 5.56 bolt for the short range F-Class match at the end of the month.

Still working up the loads.

I loaded bunch for 9 115, 124 and 147 and 45 230 starting on lower end and it didnt produce.

It would cycle, but wouldnt lock the slide and velocity is slower than I wanted.

So I have two more loads and they are close to the max that I still need to test.

I have a feeling that it will be .1-.2 less or the max of listed on Hodgdon. I also run seat my 230 plated longer than Hodgdon and that is affecting pressure and velocity a bit.

But I am close. =)
