Agreed. The Sigs I own are basic and I like them that way. My personal preference for a 10mm P220 is for a basic Sig without rail. But, I'm also aware that the caliber is most likely going to appeal to a limited market, at least initially. So my plan is to choose from what becomes available. I do hope they will announce what they plan on doing so I don't run out and buy a railed SAO when next month a non-railed DA/SA becomes available (as an example only). So, in the meantime, I sit here waiting patiently with a pocket full of money....... |

So what is your point? That they’re too late and therefore should just stay home and watch reruns of old movies? Really, what do you believe they should do? Not pursue the project at all and thereby let the cartridge continue its long, slow slide into oblivion rather than attempting to satisfy an expressed desire by many people for a SIG that’s chambered for the round?
